Abstract

본 고안은 자동차 리어시트의 등받이 시트에 부설되는 헤드레스트가 승객의 앉은키 높이에 따라 임의로 높낮이가 조절될 수 있도록 한 리어시트 헤드레스트의 높낮이 조절장치에 관한 고안이다.
본 고안은 등받이 시트와 헤드레스트를 별도로 구성하여 시트 백패널과 등받이 시트 사이에 헤드레스트가 승강될 수 있는 공간을 형성하여 헤드레스트를 삽지하고 헤드레스트 내부에는 상단에 손잡이와 하단에 걸림판을 구비한 구동롯드를 내장하여 브라켓으로 지지하고 브라켓과 걸림판 사이에는 스프링을 탄지시키며 시트백 패널에는 걸림판이 출입 될 수있는 다수의 걸림공을 천공하여서 된 것이다.

Description

자동차 리어시트 헤드레스트 높이조절구조
본 고안은 자동차의 리어시트 중에서도 등받이 시트에 구비되는 헤드레스트를 높낮이 조절이 가능토록 구조를 개선한 고안이다.
통상적으로 등받이 시트에는 앉는 사람의 머리를 편안하게 받쳐 줄 수 있고 돌출상태의 헤드레스트를 구비하는 것이다.
이와 같이 구비되는 종래 헤드레스트는 등받이 시트와 일체로 형성되 있어서 높이의 한정 때문에 불편함이 많았던 것이다. 즉 승객의 앉은 키가 크게 되면 헤드레스트가 뒷머리 아래에 위치되 있어서 편안하게 뒷머리를 받쳐주지 못하게 되고 승객의 앉은 키가 작게 되면 헤드레스트가 승객의 뒷머리 위로 올라가 있게 되어 불편하게 되는 것이다.
이와 같은 종래 리어시트의 헤드헤스트는 리어시트와 일체로 형성되어 고정된 상태이기 때문이다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래 고안의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 등받이 시트와 헤드레스트를 분리 형성하고 헤드레스트가 승강작동을 할 수 있도록 구성하여 승객의 앉은 키 높이에 따라 헤드헤스트의 높낮이가 임의로 조절될 수 있도록 하므로서 헤드레스트가 승객의 뒷머리를 편안하게 받쳐 줄 수 있게 하는 것이다.

시트 백패널(1)에 밀착 고정되는 공지의 등받이시트(2)에 있어서 상기 시트백패널(1)과 등받이시트(2)사이에는 별도로 구성되는 헤드레스트(10)의 하단부(11)가 삽입되어 승강될 수 있도록 하는 공간(12)을 구성하고 상기 헤드레스트(10)의 내부 후방에는 상단에 구동롯드 회전용 손잡이(14)가 구비되고 하단에는 걸림판(15)이 부착된 구동롯드(13)를 삽지하여 고정브라켓(16)으로 지지시키고 상기 고정브라켓(16)과 걸림판(15) 사이에는 원상복귀 스프링(17)을 탄설하여 스프링(17)의 상단은 고정브라켓(16)에 고정시키고 스프링(17)의 하단은 걸림판(15)에 고정시켜 구동롯드(13)가 스프링(17)의 탄력으로 자동회전되게 했으며 상기 시트 백패널(1)에는 걸림판(15)과 마주보는 수직위치에 걸림판(15)이 승강되면서 출입될 수 있는 다수의 걸림구멍(18)을 천공하여서 된 것이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 헤드레스트(10)가 고정된 상태에서는 스프링(17)의 탄발력 방향이 시트 백패널(1)에 천공된 걸림구멍(18) 쪽으로 가해지기 때문에 걸림판(15)이 걸림구멍(18)으로 삽입되 있어 헤드레스트(10)가 고정된 상태로 있게 된다.
이와 같은 상태에서 헤드레스트(10)이 높낮이를 조절코자 할 때는 헤드레스트(10) 상면부로 노출된 구동롯드(13) 회전용 손잡이(14)를 스프링(17)의 탄발력 반대 방향으로 회전시키면 구동롯드(13)가 회전되면서 그 하단에 부착된 걸림판(15)이 따라 회전되면서 걸림구멍(18)에서 빠져오게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 걸림판(15)이 걸림구멍(18)에서 이탈된 상태에서는 헤드레스트(10)가 자유롭게 승강됨으로 승객이 원하는 높이 만큼 조절한 다음, 회전용 손잡이(14)를 놓으면 스프링(17)이 탄력에 의하여 걸림판(15)이 걸림구멍(18)으로 들어가면서 헤드레스트가 고정되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 매우 간단한 구조에 의하여 헤드레스트의 높낮이를 임의로 조절 할 수가 있게 되어 승객의 앉은키 높이에 상관없이 편안하게 뒷머리를 받쳐준 상태가 됨으로 보다 안락한 승차 효과를 기대할 수가 있게 된다.

  1. 시트 백패널(1)에 밀착 고정되는 공지의 등받이시트(2)에 있어서 상기 시트백패널(1)과 등받이시트(2) 사이에는 별도로 구성되는 헤드레스트(10)의 하단부(11)가 삽입되어 승강될 수 있도록 하는 공간(12)을 구성하고 상기 헤드레스트(10)의 내부 후방에는 상단에 구동롯드 회전용 손잡이(14)가 구비되고 하단에는 걸림판(15)이 부착전 구동롯드(13)를 삽지하여 고정브라켓(16)으로 지지시키고 상기 고정브라켓(16)과 걸림판(15)사이에는 원상복귀 스프링(17)을 탄설하여 스프링(17)의 상단은 고정브라켓(16)에 고정시키고 스프링(17)의 하단은 걸림판(15)에 고정시켜 구동롯드(13)가 스프링(17)의 탄력으로 자동회전되게 했으며 상기 시트 백패널(1)에는 걸림판(15)과 마주보는 수직위치에 걸림판(15)이 승강되면서 출입될 수 있는 다수의 걸림구멍(18)을 천공하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한 자동차 리어시트 헤드레스트 높이조절구조.
