Claims (16)
- 표피층; 기재층; 및 상기 표피층과 기재층 사이에 위치하며, 전기저항 발열 물질과 열전도 물질 중 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하고 있고, 그 소정 영역에 전기 및/또는 열을 공급하기 위한 한 개 이상의 접속단자를 구비한 접합층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전기저항 발열 물질이 텅스텐(W), 니켈(Ni), 크롬(Cr), 실리콘(Si), 알루미늄(Al), 카본(C), 철(Fe), 마그네슘(Mg), 아연(Zn), 티탄(Ti), 망간(Mn), 코발트(Co), 바나듐(V), 지르코늄(Zn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 구리(Cu), 은(Ag), 카드뮴(Cd), 주석(Sb), 납(Pb), 이들의 합금, 스테인레스 스틸 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열전도 물질이 텅스텐(W), 니켈(Ni), 크롬(Cr), 실리콘(Si), 알루미늄(Al), 카본(C), 철(Fe), 마그네슘(Mg), 아연(Zn), 티탄(Ti), 망간(Mn), 코발트(Co), 바나듐(V), 지르코늄(Zn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 구리(Cu), 은(Ag), 카드뮴(Cd), 주석(Sb), 납(Pb), 이들의 합금, 스테인레스 스틸 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접합층이, 전기저항 발열 물질과 열전도 물질 중 선택된 하나 이상을 재료로 사용한 다양한 모양의 구멍이 형성되어 있거나 그렇지 않은 금속판 또는 금속 메시; 고분자 수지 필름(또는 시트)의 적어도 일면에 전기저항 발열 물질과 열전도 물질 중 선택된 하나 이상이 코팅되어 있는 박막; 고분자 수지 필름(또는 시트) 내부에 전기 저항 발열 물질 또는 열전도 물질이 함침되어 있는 박막; 및 이들의 조합물;로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지는 열가소성 수지; 열접착성 수지; 및 상기 수지 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 고분자 수지와 충진재를 포함하는 복합 수지;로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기재층이 고분자 수지로 이루어지며, 상기 고분자 수지가, 열가소성 수지 및 열가소성 수지와 충진재를 포함하는 복합 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표피층이 단일층으로 구성돠는 경우,상기 표피층이 고분자 수지로 이루어지며, 상기 고분자 수지는 열가소성 수지; 열접착성 수지; 및 상기 수지 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 고분자 수지와 충진재를 포함하는 복합 수지;로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표피층이 다층 구조를 갖는 경우,하부층은 접합층과 접해 있고, 열가소성 수지; 열접착성 수지; 및 상기 수지 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 고분자 수지와 충진재를 포함하는 복합 수지;로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지며,상부층은 하부층 위에 배치되어 있는 단층 또는 다층 구조이고, 그 형성 재료가 목재 또는 금속 박막, 종이, 천연 직물, 합성 섬유, 인조 가죽, 펠트, 부직포, 발포 시트, 하니콤 시트, 고분자 시트 또는 필름으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리에틸렌(HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, VLDPE, ULDPE, UHDPE, Polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(PP Co-Polymer, PP Homo-Polymer, PP Ter-Polymer), 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC), 폴리스티렌(PS), 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트(PMMA), 아크릴로부타디엔스티렌 수지(ABS), 스티렌 아크릴로니트릴 수지(SAN), 케이 레이진(K-resin), 에스비시 수지(SBS block co-polymer), 피브이디시 수지(PVDC), 이브에이 수지(EVA), 아크릴 수지, 부트랄 수지, 실리콘 수지, 폴리아마이드(PA, Polymeramide, PA6, PA66, PA46, PA610, PA612, PA6/66, PA6/12, PA6T, PA12, PA1212, PAMXD6), 에틸렌테트라플루오로에틸렌공중합체, 액정폴리머, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리에테르케톤케톤, 폴리에틸렌나프탈렌, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리아세탈, 폴리아마이드이미드, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리페닐설파이드, 폴리술폰, 폴리티오에틸술폰, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리에테르술폰 및 폴리에테르이미드, 에틸렌프로필렌디엔모노머 고무, 에틸렌프로필렌 고무, 스티렌부타디엔 고무, 부타디엔 고무, 에틸렌프로필렌옥텐 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 고무 및 실리콘 고무로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열접착성 수지가 아크릴산 변성 올레핀 수지, 말레인산 변성 올레핀 수지, 염화 변성 올레핀 수지(CPP,CPE), 실란 변성 올레핀 수지, 이오노머 수지, 나이론 변성 올레핀 수지, 에폭시 변성 수지, 에틸렌비닐알콜 수지(EVOH), 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 수지, 핫멜트접착수지, 그 혼합물 또는 조합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 충진재가 유리 충진재(Glass Fiber, Glass Mat, Glass Bead, Milled Glass Fiber, Chopped Glass Fiber), 운모(Mica), 탈크, 울라스토나이트, 칼슘카보네이트, 석면, 고령토, 카본 화이버, 나일론 섬유, 식물성 섬유, 톱밥, 점토, 실리카, 흑연, 플라이 애쉬(fly ash), 폐종이 및 폐섬유로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지, 열접착성 수지 및 복합수지 중 하나 이상이 첨가제를 더 포함하며, 상기 첨가제가 열안정제, 산화방지제, 자외선안정제, 카본블랙, 도전제, 핵제, 이형제, 난연제, 대전방지제, 가공조제, 착색제, 가교제, 가소제 및 가황제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
- 표피층과 기재층 사이에, 전기저항 발열 물질과 열전도 물질 중 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하고 있고, 그 소정영역에 전기 또는 열을 공급하기 위한 한 개 이상의 접속단자를 구비한 접합층을 개재시키는 단계; 및 상기 접합층의 접속단자에 전기 또는 열을 가하여 기재층과 표피층을 접합시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물의 제조방법.
- 전기저항 발열 물질과 열전도 물질 중 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하고 있고, 그 소정영역에 전기 또는 열을 공급하기 위한 한 개 이상의 접속단자를 구비한 접합층과, 표피층이 접합된 이층 시트를 제조하는 단계;상기 이층 시트의 접합층 상부에 기재층을 적층시키는 단계; 및상기 접합층의 접속단자에 전기 또는 열을 가하여 기재층과 표피층을 접합시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 접합층과 표피층이 접합된 이층 시트 제조시, 라미네이트 시트성형기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지계 적층물의 제조방법.
- 자동차용 내장재, 토목 건축용 흡음재, 토목 건축용 단열재, 토목건축용 보온재, 토목 건축용 보호피복재, 토목건축용 방진재, 토목건축용 차음재, 오배수관용 방진차음재, 온수온돌용 방음재, 플라스틱 가구, 각종 다층 매트, 손잡이, 소파, 의자, 각종 완구, 신발 중창, 골프 가방에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 수지계 적층물.
