Claims (2)
- 스크린 패널(1)의 전면측으로 외부광 반사를 방지하기 위한 반사방지막(10)이 코팅되어져 있는 통상의 음극선관에 있어서:상기 반사방지막(10) 위에는 다이아몬드상 카본막(20)이 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 코팅막 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다이아몬드상 카본막은 10∼100㎚의 두께를 이루도록 스퍼터링 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관의 코팅막 구조.
