Claims (5)
- 천연고무 10∼40중량%와 가황제 60∼90중량%로 이루어진 타이어 고무 조성용 마스터배치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가황제는 가황제와 가황촉진제를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 타이어 고무 조성용 마스터배치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 가황제는 유황 또는 불용 유황이고, 가황촉진제는 디벤조티아질 디설파이드(dibenzothiazyl disulfide),N-사이클로헥실-2-벤조티아질 설펜아미드(N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazyl sulfenamide),N-tert-부틸-2-벤조티아질 설펜아미드(N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazyl sulfenamide), 헥사메틸렌 테트라아민(hexamethylene tetramine), 테트라메틸 티우람 디설파이드(tertamethyl thiuram disulfide) 및N,N-디페닐 구아니딘(N,N-diphenyl guanidine)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 타이어 고무 조성용 마스터배치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 마스터배치는 융점이 35∼55℃인 지방산 에스테르와 탄화수소계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가공조제를 상기 천연고무 100중량부에 대하여 100중량부 이하 되도록 더 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 타이어 고무 조성용 마스터배치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 마스터배치는 프로세스 오일을 상기 천연고무 100중량부에 대하여 100중량부 이하 되도록 더 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 타이어 고무 조성용 마스터배치.
