Description

화산석가공방법{processing method of volcanic rocks}Processing method of volcanic rocks

The present invention relates to a method of processing volcanic stones, and processes spun natural volcanic stone into a specific shape and then melts it by applying high temperature heat to the surface, thereby smoothing the surface to provide a material having excellent appearance. Processing method.

Volcanic rocks are rocks that are formed by lava erupting and solidifying on the surface or underground. There are various kinds of volcanic rocks depending on their composition. Representative volcanic rocks are granite or basalt, and basalt is characterized by many pores.

In particular, basalt is dominated by Jeju Island in Korea, and attempts have been made to utilize such resources. As one of them, the processing method of volcanic stone by the conventional method will be described.

The existing method was related to the method of processing the raw stone as it is, more specific process is as follows. First, the first dry drying to remove impurities, and the second heating to heat the surface to a high temperature to be melted. Since it was naturally cooled to have a unique surface of irregularities. Although the method of processing the gemstone by this method is suitable to utilize the gemstone itself as a sculpture, etc., when cutting it to make a specific plate-like member, the crack is generated as the surface is melted and cooled by high temperature and exists on the surface. There was a problem that the pores appear as they are heard. In addition, there is a problem in that the application is limited by the surface is formed while forming a significant unevenness.

Therefore, the present invention devised to solve the above problems is to smooth out the surface before solidification after high temperature heating to remove large pores to improve the appearance and to treat the heating and cooling step by step surface cracking by rapid cooling, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for processing volcanic stone to suppress occurrence.

The present invention for achieving the object as described above, the cutting step of taking a porous volcanic stone to form a square or circular plate shape; A preheating step of heating the cut workpiece at a temperature of 300 to 500 ° C. for 0.5 to 1 hour; A finishing process of melting and slowly cooling the surface of the workpiece to a temperature of 2500 to 3500 ° C. to smooth the surface evenly before solidifying; A slow cooling step of slowly cooling the surface to solidify to prevent cracking; It relates to a volcanic stone processing method comprising a; washing step for removing foreign matter adhering to the surface.

In addition to the improvement of income level, there is a growing tendency to demand an interest in their health and eco-friendly products. Especially, in the case of various building materials, the demand for light weight and beautiful appearance is increasing.

In the present invention to manufacture products such as various building materials using volcanic stones scattered on nature, will be described in more detail below.

In one embodiment according to the present invention is used to collect the porous basalt with the volcanic stone. Basalt has a myriad of pores, the closer to the surface, the larger and larger the pores. Therefore, when collecting ore, it is desirable to collect as deep as possible.

After the gemstones are collected, the gemstones are cut into suitable shapes and sizes according to the locations required. The plate can be cut into squares or circles, or used as a grilling plate for meat.

After this cutting process, the preheating process is performed. The preheating step is to heat the cut workpiece at a temperature of approximately 300 to 500 ° C. for 0.5 to 1 hour, during which the impurities contained in the basalt are removed. In addition, by going through this preheating process it is possible to prevent the occurrence of cracks on the surface due to rapid expansion during high temperature heating.

Next, after preheating, the surface of the product is trimmed. For this purpose, the surface of the workpiece is heated at a high temperature of 2500 to 3500 ° C. to allow the surface to melt. The melting temperature of the volcanic stone is approximately 1700 ° C., so that the surface is heated to a temperature higher than this to liquefy and gradually cool down after reaching the desired temperature. When cooling, the temperature is gradually lowered to prevent problems such as cracking of tissue due to rapid cooling. This stepwise cooling is performed to bring the surface to a level near 1700 ° C, the melting point of the volcanic stone, to make the surface flattened before it solidifies. When finishing the surface, a metal plate or the like can be used to cover the large pores present in the volcanic stone itself so that it can be hidden.

After the surface finishing process, a slow cooling process is performed to prevent surface cracking due to solidification of the molten surface. This slow cooling process is preferably to be carried out in the furnace.

The slow cooling process is followed by a cleaning process for the product. The washing process is a process for removing impurities generated on the surface as it goes through the previous steps as described above. By completing the cleaning process, the final product is produced.

According to the method of processing the volcanic stone by the process as described above, by smoothly treating the surface of the volcanic stone there is an effect that can provide a product of a beautiful appearance and the desired form.

In addition, according to the processing method of the volcanic stone according to the present invention has good effect of absorbing oil or water by the myriad of fine pores formed on the surface of the product can also be utilized as a building material such properties are required.

In addition, the volcanic stone emits far-infrared rays, which are used as various kitchen utensils or building materials, and thus have an effect on the user's body.
