Claims (6)
- 베이스 필름과;상기 베이스 필름 상에 제 1 방향으로 형성된 다수 개의 입력 및 출력 배선과;상기 입력 및 출력 배선의 끝단에 위치하며, 상기 베이스 필름의 가장자리에 형성된 다수 개의 입력 및 출력 패드와;상기 입력 및 출력 배선의 또 하나의 끝단에 위치하고, 서로 대향하며 형성된 다수 개의 입력 및 출력 단자를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 구동 아이씨 연결부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 입력 및 출력 단자와 연결되어, 상기 제 1 방향과 교차하는 제 2 방향으로 형성된 다수 개의 구동 아이씨를 추가로 포함하는 액정표시장치용 구동 아이씨 연결부.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 입력 패드는, 상기 각 구동 아이씨의 첫번째 입력 단자와 연결되어 스타트 펄스(start pulse) 신호를 인가하는 제 1 입력 패드와, 구동 아이씨 별 입력 단자에 각각의 신호를 분할하여 인가하는 제 2 입력 패드와, 엔드(end) 펄스 신호를 인가받는 입력 단자와 연결되는 제 3 입력 패드로 이루어지는 액정표시장치용 구동 아이씨 연결부.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 입력 패드는 다음 단에 위치하는 구동 아이씨 연결부의 제 1 입력 패드 역할을 하는 액정표시장치용 구동 아이씨 연결부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 입력 및 출력 배선 간에는 절연막을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 구동 아이씨 연결부.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 절연막을 사이에 두고, 이웃하는 출력 배선간의 간격은 5 ~ 10 ㎛인 액정표시장치용 구동 아이씨 연결부.
