Claims (20)
- 전극 배열로부터 복수의 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 배열의 제 1 전극에서 전압을 측정하기 위한 제 1 증폭기; 및차동 증폭기들의 케스케이드로서, 각각의 상기 차동 증폭기들의 케스케이드는 상기 배열내의 두 연속적인 전극들 사이의 전압 차이를 측정하는 상기 차동 증폭기들의 케스케이드를 포함하며,전극 n에서 전압 Vn은이며, 상기 a1은 상기 제 1 증폭기에 의해 측정되는 바와 같은 상기 제 1 전극에서의 전압이며, 각각의 상기 ai는 상기 차동 증폭기들에 의해 측정되는 바와 같은 상기 배열의 전극 i와 전극 (i-1) 사이의 차동 전압인, 전극 배열로부터 복수의 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극들에서 상기 전압들을 계산하기 위한 계산 처리기를 더 포함하는, 전극 배열로부터 복수의 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 환자의 몸으로부터 발산하는 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치에 있어서,전극 배열을 포함하는 카테터(catheter);상기 배열의 제 1 전극으로부터의 전압을 측정하기 위한 제 1 증폭기; 및차동 증폭기들의 케스케이드로서, 각각의 상기 차동 증폭기들의 케스케이드는 상기 배열내의 두 연속적인 전극들 사이의 전압 차이를 측정하는 상기 차동 증폭기들의 케스케이드를 포함하며,전극 n에서 전압 Vn은이며, 상기 a1은 상기 제 1 증폭기에 의해 측정되는 바와 같은 상기 제 1 전극에서의 전압이며, 각각의 상기 ai는 상기 차동 증폭기들에 의해 측정되는 바와 같은 상기 배열의 전극 i와 전극 (i-1) 사이의 차동 전압인, 환자의 몸으로부터 발산하는 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.

- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 전극 배열은 적어도 하나의 접촉 전극과 복수의 비접촉 전극들을 포함하는, 환자의 몸으로부터 발산하는 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 증폭기는 상기 접촉 전극에서 신호를 측정하기 위해 사용되는, 환자의 몸으로부터 발산하는 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 카테터는 적어도 하나의 포지션 센서를 더 포함하는, 환자의 몸으로부터 발산하는 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 카테터는 카테터 디스탈 팁(catheter distal tip)에 인접한 제 1 포지션 센서와 전극 배열에 인접하는 제 2 포지션 센서를 포함하는, 환자의 몸으로부터 발산하는 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 포지션 센서는 음향 센서들, 자기 센서들, 전자기 센서들, 또는 이들의 조합들로부터 선택되는, 환자의 몸으로부터 발산하는 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 장치.

- 제 13 항에 있어서,디스탈 끝을 갖는 카테터를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 전극 배열은 상기 카테터 디스탈 끝에 포지션되는, 상기 카테터를 제공하는 단계; 및상기 카테터 디스탈 끝을 상기 환자의 심장 내로 전진시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전극 배열로부터 복수의 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 측정된 전기적 신호들은 상기 환자의 심장의 심장 조직의 국부 활동 시간(local activation time)을 결정하기 위해 사용되는, 전극 배열로부터 복수의 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 환자의 심장의 심장 조직의 전기적 특성의 맵(map)을 발생하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전극 배열로부터 복수의 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 전기적 특성은 상기 심장 조직의 피크 전압(peak voltage)인, 전극 배열로부터 복수의 전기적 신호들을 측정하기 위한 방법.
