Claims (9)
- i) 메틸 포르메이트를 가수분해시키고,ii) 메탄올 및 과잉 메틸 포르메이트를 증류 장치에서 생성된 가수분해 혼합물로부터 증류 제거하고, 증기를 이 증류 장치의 더 낮은 부분으로 공급하고,iii) 포름산 및 물을 포함하는 증류 단계 ii)로부터의 저부 생성물을 포름산을 주로 흡수하는 추출제에 의해 액체-액체 추출로 추출시키고, 액체-액체 추출에서 형성된 수성상의 일부를 폐수로서 공정에서 제거하고,iv) 포름산, 추출제 및 약간의 물을 포함하는 생성된 추출물 상을 증류시키고,v) 물 및 약간의 포름산을 포함하는 상기 증류 단계에서 얻어진 상부 생성물을 단계 ii)에서의 증류 칼럼의 더 낮은 부분으로 재공급하고,vi) 추출제 및 포름산을 주로 포함하는 증류 단계 iv)로부터의 저부 생성물을 증류에 의해 무수 또는 실질적으로 무수 포름산 및 추출제로 분리하고,vii) 단계 vi)으로부터의 추출제를 공정으로 재공급하고,단계 ii)를 수행하기 위해 제공된 증류 장치로 도입되는 증기를 이 증류 장치로의 도입 전에 단계 iii)에서 공정으로부터 제거된 폐수의 폐수 스트립핑을 위한 스트립핑 증기로서 이용하는 것을 포함하는,무수 또는 실질적으로 무수 포름산을 생성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이용되는 추출제가 하기 화학식의 I의 카르복스아미드인 방법.<화학식 I>상기 식에서, 라디칼 R1및 R2는 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 아랄킬기이거나, 또는 R1및 R2는 N 원자와 함께 연결하여 헤테로시클릭 5- 또는 6-원 고리를 형성하고, 그 라디칼 중의 하나 만이 아릴기이고, R3은 수소 또는 C1-C4-알킬기이다.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 이용되는 추출제가 N,N-디-n-부틸포름아미드, N,N-디-n-부틸아세트아미드, N-메틸-N-2-헵틸포름아미드, N-n-부틸-N-2-에틸헥실포름아미드, N-n-부틸-N-시클로헥실포름아미드 및(또는) N-에틸포름아닐리드인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 ii) 및 iv)가 단일 증류 장치에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트립핑 증기로서 이용되는 증기가 110 내지 200 ℃, 바람직하게는 140 내지 180 ℃의 온도를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에서 먼저 폐수 스트립핑을 위한 스트립핑 증기 스트림으로서 또한 이후에는 메틸 포르메이트의 가수분해에 물을 제공하기 위한 출발 물질 스트림으로서의 증기 스트림의 용도.
- α) 합성 반응기 (6),β) 가수분해 반응기 (1),χ) 단계 ii)를 수행하기 위한 증류 장치 (2),δ) 단계 iv)를 수행하기 위한 증류 장치 (4),ε) 추출 장치 (3),φ) 단계 vi)을 수행하기 위한 증류 장치 (5), 및γ) 폐수 스트립핑 장치 (10)를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계 ii)를 수행하기 위한 증류 장치 (2) 및 단계 iv)를 수행하기 위한 증류 장치 (4)가 단일 증류 장치 (7)로 배치된 장치.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 이용되는 폐수 스트립핑 장치 (10)가 스트립핑 칼럼인 장치.
