Claims (2)
- 중량%로서 C:0.15-0.25, Mn:1.5-2.5, Si:0.20-0.50, Cr:0.50-1.50, V:0.10-0.15, Al:0.05 이하, S:0.040 미만, Cu:0.50 미만, Nb:0.10 이하, Ti:0.030 이하, 나머지는 불가피한 불순물과 Fe로 이루어지며 베이나이트 조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 베이나이트계 열간단조용 비조질강재.
- 중량%로서 C:0.15-0.25, Mn:1.5-2.5, Si:0.20-0.50, Cr:0.50-1.50, V:0.10-0.15, Al:0.05 이하, S:0.040 미만, Cu:0.50 미만, Nb:0.10 이하, Ti:0.030 이하, 나머지는 불가피한 불순물과 Fe로 이루어지는 강을 용해한 후 출탕하여 잉곳 형태로 만들고, 통상의 조건으로 다시 가열한 후 압연하여 주조조직이 파괴된 봉재와 각재로 제조하는 단계와, 압연된 봉재와 각재를 1,050-1,100℃ 범위로 재가열하여 열간단조를 실시하는 단계와, 냉각속도를 초당 10-20℃로 제어하여 냉각하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 베이나이트계 열간단조용 비조질강재의 제조방법.
