Claims (8)
- 시멘트; 상기 시멘트에 대하여 5 내지 10 중량%의 레미콘 슬러지 (Remicon Sludge Waste); 및 상기 시멘트에 대하여 0.3 내지 1.2 중량%의 유동화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레미콘 슬러지에 대하여 5 내지 10 중량%의 충전제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시멘트는 1종 보통 시멘트, 2종 중용열 시멘트, 3종 조강 시멘트, 4종 저열 시멘트 및 5종 내황산염 시멘트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 (Ordinary Portland Cement)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시멘트는 초조강 시멘트, 초속경 시멘트, 마이셈, 고강도 시멘트, 알루미나 시멘트, 방통 시멘트 및 슬래그 시멘트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 특수 시멘트인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유동화제는 멜라민계 화합물과 나프탈렌계 화합물을 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분말 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 멜라민계 화합물은 멜라민 포름알데히드 축합물 (Melamine formaldehyde condensate)이고, 나프탈렌계 화합물은 나프탈렌 포름알데히드 축합물 (Naphtalene formaldehyde condensate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분말 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 충전제는 포졸란성 충전제 (Pozzolanic Filler)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 시멘트 분말 조성물 15 내지 25 중량%, 모래 40 내지 55 중량% 및 물 25 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 모르터(mortar) 조성물.
