Claims (4)
- 코크스오븐 가스에 함유된 불순성분가스를 농안수를 사용하여 포집하고 증류하고 분리하는 과정에서 발생되는 유화수소와 잔류 오염물질을 함유한 산성가스를 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 유화수소의 일부를 산화과정에 의하여 이산화황으로 전환하여 혼합가스를 형성하는 단계와,상기 혼합가스에서 상기 유화수소와 이산화황이 당량비로 1.5 ~ 2.0으로 유지되도록 산소를 투입하는 단계와,상기 혼합가스를 유황전환 촉매반응기로 투입하여 유황을 회수하는 단계와,상기 유황전환 촉매반응기에서 배출된 혼합가스에서 유화수소와 이산화황의 당량비를 2.0 ~ 2.2로 유지하도록 산소를 2차 투입하는 단계와,산소가 2차 투입된 혼합가스를 유황전환 촉매반응기로 투입하여 유황을 회수하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유황전환 촉매반응기로 투입되는 혼합가스의 온도는 250℃ 내지 280℃로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산성가스에 함유된 잔류 오염물질을 고온산화로에서 산화반응에 의해 질소, 이산화탄소 및 물로 전환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 고온산화로의 온도는 1100℃ ~ 1250℃로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산성가스 처리방법.
