Claims (3)
- 피스톤 로드의 말단에 압축 오리피스 및 신장 오리피스가 형성된 피스톤 바디가 결합되고, 피스톤 바디 상부에 와셔, 인테이크 스프링, 리테이너, 인테이크 밸브가 순차적으로 결합되며, 상기 피스톤 바디의 하부에 복수개의 디스크 스프링이 결합되는 쇽 업소버의 저속용 피스톤 밸브에 있어서,상기 복수개의 디스크 스프링은,원판 상의 내부에 상기 신장 오리피스와 연통되도록 환형 개구부가 형성된 제 1 디스크 스프링과,상기 제 1 디스크 스프링과 동일한 외경을 가지며 가운데가 빈 고리 형상을 가진 제 2 디스크 스프링과,상기 제 1 및 제 2 디스크 스프링과 동일한 외경을 가지며 원판 상의 가장자리에 복수개의 슬릿이 형성되어 제 2 디스크 스프링의 하부에 설치되는 3 디스크 스프링과,상기 제 1 디스크 스프링과 제 3 디스크 스프링 사이에 간격유지를 위해 설치되는 스페이서와,상기 제 3 디스크 스프링 하부에 설치되는 다수의 원판형 디스크 스프링으로 이루어지며,상기 원판형 디스크 스프링 하부에 리테이너 및 와셔가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버의 저속용 피스톤 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 디스크 스프링은 중심부에 피스톤 로드가 관통되는 구멍이 형성되며, 상기 환형 개구부로 인해 내측 환과 외측 환이 분리되는 것을 방지하기 위해 연결부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버의 저속용 피스톤 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 신장 오리피스의 내경과 환형 개구부의 폭이 비슷하거나 동일하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버의 저속용 피스톤 밸브.
