Claims (2)
- 융점이 260∼270℃ 범위에 있는 고융점 폴리에스터 섬유를 주재료로 하고 융점이 110℃ 이하인 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유를 섬유간 고정제로 하여 제조된 3∼5종의 섬유웹을 복합적층시켜 폴리에스터 흡음재를 제조함에 있어서, 최상층에는 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유가 70∼90중량% 함유되고 방향성 카딩에 의해 형성된 일방향성 섬유웹을 적층시키고, 내부층에는 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유가 40∼60중량% 함유되고 랜덤카딩에 의해 형성된 3차원 구조의 섬유웹을 적층시키며, 최하층에는 저융점 폴리에스터 섬유가 40∼60중량% 함유되고 방향성 카딩에 의해 형성된 일방향성 섬유웹을 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층 폴리에스터 흡음재 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부층에 사용되는 고융점 폴리에스터 섬유는 그 섬도가 최상층과 최하층에 사용되는 고융점 폴리에스터 섬유의 섬도에 비해 70%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층 폴리에스터 흡음재 제조방법.
