Claims (8)
- 도체위에 도포하여 형성된 폴리이미드층을 갖는 적층체에서, 상기 폴리이미드층들 중 적어도 한층이 4,4'-디아미노-2,2'-디메틸비페닐을 20㏖%이상 함유하는 디아민류를 테트라카르복실산 화합물과 반응하여 얻어지며, 20 ×10-6/%RH 이하의 선 습도팽창계수를 나타내는 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드층임을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드층의 선 습도팽창계수가 15 ×10-6/%RH 이하임을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드층은 선 습도팽창계수 20 ×10-6/%RH 이하의 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드층 및 선 열팽창계수 30 ×10-6/℃ 이상의 고 열팽창성 폴리이미드층의 적어도 두층을 함유하는 다층구조이며, 고 열팽창성 폴리이미드층이 도체층과 접하여 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드층은 고 열팽창성 폴리이미드층, 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드층 및 고 열팽창성 폴리이미드층으로 이루어진 3층구조임을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드층은 하기 화학식 (1) 및/또는 화학식 (2)로 표현되는 구조단위를 20㏖%이상 함유하는 폴리이미드층임을 특징으로 하는 적층체.[화학식 1][화학식 2]
- 도체위에 폴리이미드층을 갖는 적층체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 4,4'-디아미노-2,2'-디메틸비페닐을 20㏖%이상 함유하는 디아민류를 테트라카르복실산 화합물과 반응하여 얻은 폴리이미드 전구체 용액 또는 폴리이미드 용액을 도포, 건조하고 200℃이상의 온도에서 열처리하여 선 습도팽창계수 20 ×10-6/%RH 이하의 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 적층체의 제조방법은 도체위에 열팽창계수 30 ×10-6/℃이상의 고 열팽창성 폴리이미드를 얻을 수 있는 전구체 수지용액 및 수지용액, 및 선 습도팽창계수 20 ×10-6/%RH 이하의 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드 수지층을 형성하는 전구체 수지용액 및 수지용액을 도포, 건조하여 복수층을 형성한 후, 200℃이상의 온도에서 열처리하여 적어도 한층의 선 습도팽창계수 20 ×10-6/%RH 이하의 저 습도팽창성 폴리이미드층을 함유하는 폴리이미드층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7항에 기재된 적층체의 제조방법에서 도체층에 접하는 층 및 표면층이 고 열팽창성 폴리이미드층, 및 전구체 수지용액 및 수지용액을 도포, 건조하여 복수층을 형성한 후, 200℃이상의 온도에서 열처리하여 단면도체의 적층체를 형성하고 도체층을 가열압착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면(double-sided)도체 적층체의 제조방법.
