Claims (29)
- 경화 플라스터를 기재로 하는 기판을 포함하는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재에 있어서, 상기 기판은 적어도(a) 주로 1종 이상의 수화성 황산칼슘을 포함하는 건조 재료, 1종 이상의 실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 방수제, 및 수화용 물을 균질하게 혼합하고, 젖은 상태로 기판을 예비성형하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 예비성형한 기판을 건조시켜 견고하고 건조한 상태로 성형된 기판을 얻는 단계에 의해 얻을 수 있으며,상기 기판을 젖은 상태로 예비성형하기 전의 균질한 혼합물은 또한 상기 실리콘 화합물과 상호상승적인 방수친화성을 갖는 광물 성분 1종 이상을 포함하는 광물 첨가제를 포함하는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수소의 기생량이 상기 수소 방출량 보다 적어도 15% 적은 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광물 성분과 실리콘 화합물 0.1 g을 수성 매질 중에서 혼합하고 2시간 후에 6 ㎖ 이하의 수소만이 방출될 수 있도록 상기 광물 성분이 실리콘 화합물과 거의 반응하지 않으며, 또한, 상기 광물 성분이 수성 매질 중에서 이온화되지 않는 히드록실 관능기를 갖는 결정질 광물인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물과 광물 성분이 산성 또는 중성 매질 중에서 한편으로는 광물 성분의 비이온성 히드록실 관능기의 수소와 다른 한편으로는 실리콘 화합물의 산소 간에 하나 이상의 수소 결합을 형성할 수 있는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 광물 성분이 점토 물질, 바람직하게는 수성 매질 중에서 팽윤되지 않는 것으로, 특히, 알루미노실리케이트를 포함하며, 예를 들면, 일라이트 및 고령토 또는 그들중 어느 하나인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광물 성분이 결정질 실리카를 포함하는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광물 첨가제가 불활성 광물 성분을 포함하는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응성 실리콘 화합물이 R1R2R3SiO1/2, R1R2SiO 및 R2SiO3/2의 기(R1은 H, Cl, 또는 임의의 다른 할로겐 또는 알콕시이고, R2는 분지 또는 비분지 페닐 또는 알킬이고, R3은 분지 또는 비분지 페닐 또는 알킬임)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리실록산 단위를 갖는 선형, 환형 또는 분지형 거대 분자로 이루어진 방수성 화합물인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 반응성 실리콘 화합물이 알킬 수소 폴리실록산, 예를 들면, 메틸 수소폴리실록산인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응성 실리콘 화합물의 비율이 혼입되는 전체 건조 재료의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 중량% 이상, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 1 중량%인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광물 첨가제가 63 ㎛ 이하의 크기를 갖는 입자의 비율이 상기 광물 첨가제의 85 중량% 이상인 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광물 첨가제의 900℃ 연소시 손실율이 30% 미만인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물을 제외한 성분들 전체 중량에 대한 광물 첨가제의 비율이 5% 이상, 바람직하게는 15% 이하인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광물 첨가제가 배합물로서, 첫번째로 점토 물질, 결정질 실리카, 및 상기 점토 물질과 상용가능하고 경화 플라스터 기판 내에 분산가능한 불활성 광물 보충제를 포함하는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 광물 첨가제가 광물 보충제로 돌로마이트를 포함하는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 광물 첨가제가 대략 같은 중량비로 점토 물질, 결정질 실리카 및 불활성 광물 보충제를 포함하는 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, ASTM 630/630M-96a 표준에 부합되는 내수성을 상기 건축 부재에 부여하기 위해 방수제의 양과 함께, 건조 재료 중의 상기 광물 첨가제의 중량 조성비가 조절된 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 이른바 "GKF" 보드와 관련된 독일 표준 DIN 18180 및 4102(파트 IV)에 부합되는 내화성을 상기 건축 부재에 부여하기 위해 건조 재료 중의 상기 광물 첨가제의 중량 조성비가 조절된 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보드 형상을 가지며, 경화 플라스터 기판의 두 표면을 두 장의 셀룰로오즈 섬유 시트, 예를 들면, 카드보드로 도포된 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보드 형상을 가지며, 보강 셀룰로오즈 섬유가 경화 플라스터 기판에 분산되어 있는, 예를 들면, "GFB" 섬유보드인 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수화성 황산칼슘과 상용가능한 광물 섬유, 예를 들면, 유리 섬유가 건조 재료의 1 중량% 미만의 비율로 경화 플라스터 기판에 분포된 방수성 조립식 건축 부재.
- 실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 방수제 및 상기 실리콘 화합물과 상호상승적인 방수친화성을 갖는 광물 성분 1종 이상을 포함하는 광물 첨가제를 균질한 혼합물로서 포함하는 방수제 조성물.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 광물 성분이 수성 매질 중에서 이온화되지 않는 히드록실 광능기를 포함하는 결정질 광물인 방수제 조성물.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 실리콘 화합물과 광물 성분이 산성 또는 중성 매질 중에서 한편으로는 광물 성분의 비이온성 히드록실 관능기의 수소와 다른 한편으로는 실리콘 화합물의 산소 간에 하나 이상의 수소 결합을 형성할 수 있는 방수제 조성물.
- 실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 방수제의 방수성을 증가시키기 위해, 상기 실리콘 화합물과 상호상승적인 방수친화성을 갖는 광물 성분 1종 이상을 포함하는 광물 첨가제의 사용.
- 경화 플라스터를 기재로 하는 기판을 포함하는 건축 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 기판은 적어도(a) 주로 1종 이상의 수화성 황산칼슘을 포함하는 건조 재료, 1종 이상의 실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 방수제, 및 수화용 물을 균질하게 혼합하고, 젖은 상태로 기판을 예비성형하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 예비성형한 기판을 건조시켜 견고하고 건조한 상태로 성형된 기판을 얻는 단계에 의해 얻어지며,단계 (a) 중에, 상기 실리콘 화합물과 상호상승적인 방수친화성을 갖는 광물 성분 1종 이상을 포함하는 광물 첨가제를 또한 혼합하는 건축 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, "GFB" 섬유보드를 얻기 위해 여과 처리를 포함하는 제지 공정으로 수행되는 건축 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 반습식 또는 반건식 압착 단계를 포함하는 건축 부재의제조 방법.
- 조립식 건축 부재의 플라스터 기판에의 제 22 항에 따른 방수제 조성물의 사용.
