Claims (11)
- 복합 영양원의 신규한 공급 농도가 최적화 루틴(routine)에 의해 계산되고 조절되며, 미생물의 대사 활성이 사전 설정된 백분율로 감소될 때까지 각각의 영양원의 공급이 주기적으로 교대로 정지되는, 복합 영양원 혼합물을 포함하는 생물 공정을 최적화시켜 실행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,최적화 루틴이 제어 변수를 산출하기 위한 조정 제어기, 복합 구성성분 제어기, 및 복합 영양원의 공급 농도를 제어하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,2개의 상이한 복합 영양원 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,최적화 루틴이, 음성-펄스 반응 기술(negative-pulse response technique)을 사용하여 반응 시간을 산출하고 이를 사용하여 입력 변수(Qsens)를 형성하는 조정 제어기를 포함하는 플로차트(flow chart)에 상응하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,복합 구성성분 제어기가 퍼지이론 제어기인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,복합 영양원의 공급 농도와 복합 영양원의 총량의 비가 독립 제어 변수로서 간주되나 동시에 조절되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미생물이 글루코노박터 서복시단스(Gluconobacter suboxydans)인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,D-소르비톨이 L-소르보스로 전환되는 방법.
- 복합 영양원의 신규한 공급 농도가 최적화 루틴에 의해 계산되고 조절되며, 미생물의 대사 활성이 사전 설정된 백분율로 감소될 때까지 각각의 영양원의 공급이 주기적으로 교대로 정지되고,(a) 미생물 공정을 수행하고 영양원을 공급하기 위한 2개 이상의 개별 공급 라인을 포함하는 반응기;(b) 미생물의 대사 활성을 측정하기 위한 감지기(sensor);(c) 감지기에 의해 제어되는 조정 제어기;(d) 복합 구성성분 제어기; 및(e) 복합 영양원의 공급 농도를 제어하기 위한 부재를포함하는, 복합 영양원 혼합물을 포함하는 미생물 공정을 최적화시켜 실행하기 위한 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,(b) 내지 (e)가 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 배치되어 있는 장치.
- 특히 실시예 및 도면에서 기재된 전술한 바와 같은 발명.
