Abstract

본 발명은 도어체크 어셈블리의 체커암에 결합되어 도어의 개폐를 유도하는 캐리어의 구조를 변경하여 도어 개폐시 체커암과 케이스의 마찰에 의해 발생하는 소음을 방지할 수 있도록 한 차량의 도어체크 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 도어 개폐시 차량의 도어와 프레임을 연결하는 도어 체커 어셈블리의 캐리어에 있어서, 상부 캐리어(10a)의 측면 양측에는 凹 형태의 홈(20)이 형성되고, 하부 캐리어(10b)의 측면 양측에는 凸 형태의 돌기(30)가 형성되어 상기 홈(20)과 돌기(30)가 서로 맞물리도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

차량의 도어체커 어셈블리용 캐리어{Carrier for door checker assembly}
본 발명은 차량의 도어체크 어셈블리용 캐리어에 관한 것으로서, 특히 도어체크 어셈블리의 체커암에 결합되어 도어의 개폐를 유도하는 캐리어의 구조를 변경하여 도어 개폐시 체커암과 케이스의 마찰에 의해 발생하는 소음을 방지할 수 있도록 한 차량의 도어체크 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
도 1은 일반적인 차량의 도어체커 어셈블리의 일실시예의 구성을 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 2는 일반적인 차량의 도어체커 어셈블리를 사용한 도어의 연결상태를 나타내는 평면도로서, 차량의 도어체커 어셈블리의 구성을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도어 체커 어셈블리(1)의 일단에는 마운팅 브라켓(5)이 설치되어 있어 차량 샤시의 필라 판넬(2)이 부착되고, 어셈블리의 타단은 차량의 도어(3)에 부착된다.
어셈블리의 체커암(6)은 마운팅 브라켓(5)과 회전축(7)으로 연결되어 있어, 차량 도어의 개폐시 자유롭게 동작할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
체커암(6)은 도면에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 회전축(7) 부위에서 체커암의 중간부로 갈수록 두께가 점진적으로 증가하고, 중간부는 다시 잘록한 형태를 이루며 이 지점을 지나면서 다시 증가하는 형태로 형성되어 있다.
따라서 차량의 도어가 개폐될 때, 차량의 도어에 부착되는 캐리어(8)가 체커암(6)을 따라 움직이게 된다.
캐리어가 체커암을 따라 이동할 때, 체커암의 두께가 변화되는 지점, 특히 회전축 부위에서 체커암의 중간부위의 오목한 부위로 이동할 경우에 캐리어의 안쪽 부위가 체커암과 마찰되어 금속성 소음이 발생하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 상하로 나뉘어진 도어 체커 어셈블리용 캐리어의 접촉부위를 서로 맞물리는 요철 형태로 형성시켜 캐리어가 체커암을 따라 움직일 때 소음이 발생하지 않도록 한 차량의 도어체크 어셈블리를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

도 3은 본 발명에 따른 캐리어의 형태를 나타내는 사시도로서, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
캐리어(10)는 종래의 기술과 마찬가지로 상부 캐리어(10a)와 하부 캐리어(10b)로 나뉘어져 있고, 각각의 전반적인 단면 형태는 'H ' 형을 이룬다. 'H ' 형 상부 캐리어(10a)의 상부측에는 큐션(15)이 부착되고, 하부측으로는 체커암(6)이 끼워진다. 'H ' 형 하부 캐리어(10b)의 하부에는 큐션(15)이 부착되고, 상부측으로는 체커암(6)이 끼워지는 것은 종래의 기술과 동일하다.
이때 상부 캐리어(10a)의 측면 양측에는 凹 형태의 홈(20)이 형성되고, 하부 캐리어(10b)의 측면 양측에는 凸 형태의 돌기(30)가 형성된다. 이때 홈(20)과 돌기(30)는 서로 맞물려 끼워질 수 있는 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 동작을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
차량의 도어(3)가 개폐되면서 캐리어(10)는 체커암(6)을 따라 움직이게 된다. 도어(3)를 열 경우에는 a 지점에서 b 지점으로 이동하게 되는데, 도면에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이 b 지점은 a 지점보다 두께가 두껍게 형성되어 있다. 캐리어(10)가 a 지점에서 b 지점으로 이동하게 되면, 체커암(6)의 두께의 증가에의하여 캐리어는 상하로 벌려지게 되지만, 이때 벌려지는 폭이 체커암(6)의 b 부분의 두께보다 적고, 상하 캐리어(10a, 10b)에 각각 형성되어 있는 홈(20)과 돌기(30)에 의해 캐리어의 상하 이동이 유도되기 때문에, 캐리어(10)가 체커암(6)위로 올라타면서 캐리어와 체커암의 상부면이 캐리어와 부딪혀 소음이 현상이 제거된다.
또한, 열려져 있는 도어가 닫힐 경우에는 캐리어(10)가 b 의 위치에서 a 의 위치로 이동하게 되고, 이때도 캐리어의 상하 이동이 홈(20)과 돌기(30)에 의해 유도되므로, 캐리어와 체커암의 상부면이 캐리어와 부딪혀 소음이 발생하는 현상이 제거된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 의하면 차량의 샤시와 도어를 연결하는 도어 체커 어셈블리에 있어, 도어를 개폐할 때 체커암을 따라 움직이는 상하 캐리어의 하단과 상단에 요철 형태의 구조물을 형성시켜, 상기 구조물에 의해 상하 캐리어의 이동이 유도되도록 함으로서 체커암의 두꺼운 부분에 캐리어가 닿을 경우에도 금속성 소음이 발생하지 않도록 하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 차량의 도어 개폐시 차량의 도어와 프레임을 연결하는 도어 체커 어셈블리의 캐리어에 있어서, 상부 캐리어(10a)의 측면 양측에는 凹 형태의 홈(20)이 형성되고, 하부 캐리어(10b)의 측면 양측에는 凸 형태의 돌기(30)가 형성되어 상기 홈(20)과 돌기(30)가 서로 맞물리도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 도어체커 어셈블리용 캐리어.
