Claims (8)
- 중심에 오목한 곡면(4)이 마련된 본체(1)를 포함하는 직통로 압력계로서, 2개 이상의 횡단 구멍(5, 6)이 상기 오목한 곡면(4)으로 압력 측정 대상의 유체의 출입을 허용하기 위해 개방되어 있으며, 상기 오목한 곡면(4)은 다이아프램(2)에 의해 밀봉되고 이 다이아프램(2)은 고정 수단(11)과 구멍(12)을 경유하여 본체(1)와 상호 작용하는 로드 셀(3)에 의해 그 밀봉 위치에 보지되며, 상기 로드 셀(3)에는 다이아프램(2) 상에 안착되고 표시기에 연결되는 진동 증폭 장치를 장착시키기 위한 제2의 고정 수단(14)이 추가로 마련되어 있는 직통로 압력계에 있어서,상기 구멍(5, 6)과 오목한 곡면(4) 사이의 교차 영역은 타원형 프로파일을 형성하며, 이 프로파일의 연결 영역은 어떠한 체류 영역을 없애 상기 압력계가 라인 내에서 완전히 청소될 수 있도록 기계 가공 및 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍(5, 6)은 특히 본체(1)의 직경 상인 동일선상에 위치가 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍(5, 6)은 2개의 교차하는 선상에 위치가 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오목한 곡면(4)의 외주에는 다이아프램(2)을 위한 접촉면으로서의 역할을 하는 카운터싱크의 경계를 한정하는 링(7)이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다이아프램(2)은 동심의 파형부(8)가 복수 개로 형성되는 금속 디스크 형상으로 되어 있고, 이 파형부 사이에 탄성 변형 영역이 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다이아프램(2)의 중앙 부분(9)은 평평하고 진동 증폭 장치와의 접촉 영역을 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다이아프램(2)의 외주부(10)는 평평하고, 다이아프램의 중앙 부분(9)과 외주부(10) 사이에 분포되어 있는 복수 개의 동심의 파형부에 대해 중간인 평면에 대략 위치가 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다이아프램(2)의 외주부(10)와 접촉 상태로 있는 상기 로드 셀(3)의 면은 로드 셀(3)을 본체(1)에 장착하는 동안 다이아프램(2)의 외주부(10)를 본체(1)에 형성된 카운터싱크(7)의 높이에서 주름지게 하는 접촉면(13)을 한정하는 쇼울드 혹은 환상의 돌출부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력계.
