Claims (5)
- 하기 공정 (a) 및 (b):a) 1종 또는 2종 이상의 천연 펄프 20∼40중량%와 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 합성 펄프 80∼60 중량%와의 혼초지를 제조하는 공정; 및b) 상기 혼초지를 카렌다 프레스 롤을 이용하여 표면처리하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 식물 생육용 혼초지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 (b) 단계 전에, 공정 (a)에서 제조된 혼초지에 1종 또는 2종 이상의 천연 펄프 20∼40중량%와 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 합성 펄프 80∼60중량%로 구성된 혼초지를 접합탈수시키는 공정을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 식물 생육용 혼초지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 (b) 단계 전에, 공정 (a)에서 제조된 혼초지에 1종 또는 2종 이상의 천연 펄프로 구성된 초지를 접합탈수시키는 공정을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 식물 생육용 혼초지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 합성펄프로 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌의 2종을 사용할 경우 폴리에틸렌 : 폴리프로필렌 = 10∼50 : 90∼50중량% 비율로, 폴리에틸렌과 폴리에스테르의 2종을 사용할 경우 폴리에틸렌 : 폴리에스테르 = 10∼50 : 90∼50중량% 비율로, 폴리프로필렌과 폴리에스테르의 2종을 사용할 경우 폴리프로필렌 : 폴리에스테르 = 10∼50 : 90∼50중량% 비율로, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에스테르의 3종을 사용할 경우 폴리에틸렌+폴리프로필렌 : 폴리에스테르 = 10∼50 : 90∼50중량% 비율 또는 폴리에틸렌 : 폴리프로필렌 + 폴리에스테르 = 10∼50 : 90∼50중량% 비율로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 식물 생육용 혼초지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼초지의 총평량이 30 ∼ 150g/cm2임을 특징으로 하는 식물 생육용 혼초지의 제조방법.
