Claims (6)
- 자장을 발생하는 자속발생수단;상기 자속발생수단에 의해 생성된 자속밀도의 변화를 집속하는 3차원 형상의 자속집속수단;상기 자속집속수단에 의해 집속된 자속밀도의 변화를 측정하는 자속밀도측정수단;상기 자속밀도의 변화를 실시간으로 표시하면서 저장하는 표시수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 2차원 배열의 자기센서와 3차원 형상의 자성유체를 이용한 자속밀도 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속발생수단은강자성체 구조물의 자기탐상에 적용될 때, 강자성체의 위쪽 또는 아래쪽에 설치되어 강자성체 구조물을 자화시키며, 강자성체 구조물에 잠재한 표면균열 또는 내부균열로부터 누설자속을 발생시킴을 특징으로 하는 2차원 배열의 자기센서와 3차원 형상의 자성유체를 이용한 자속밀도 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속발생수단은상자성체 구조물의 와전류탐상에 적용될 때, 일정한 방향의 면전류 또는 전류에 의하여 상자성체 구조물의 표면 또는 표면하에 유도전류를 발생시켜, 표면 균열 또는 내부균열의 존재에 의하여 일정하지 않게 됨으로써 발생하는 상자성구조를 표면과 수직인 방향으로 자속을 발생시킴을 특징으로 하는 2차원 배열의 자기센서와 3차원 형상의 자성유체를 이용한 자속밀도 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속발생수단은배관내의 균열의 탐상에 적용될 때, 배관의 안쪽 또는 바깥쪽에 설치되어 배관을 자화시키며, 내부균열, 이면결합 또는 내부균열의 존재에 의하여 누설자속을발생시킴을 특징으로 하는 2차원 배열의 자기센서와 3차원 형상의 자성유체를 이용한 자속밀도 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속집속수단은수치계산결과로써 결정된 3차원 형상의 자성유체로서, 자유로운 3차원 형상의 실현이 가능함을 특징으로 하는 2차원 배열의 자기센서와 3차원 형상의 자성유체를 이용한 자속밀도 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자속밀도측정수단은2차원적으로 배열한 홀센서를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 2차원 배열의 자기센서와 3차원 형상의 자성유체를 이용한 자속밀도 표시장치.
