Claims (14)
- 훼리틴 H-형태를 구성하는 DNA가 도입된 훼리틴 발현용 재조합 벡터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 훼리틴 H-형태를 구성하는 DNA는 인간, 소, 말, 식물로부터 유래된 것임을 특징으로 하는 훼리틴 발현용 재조합 벡터.
- 제 1 항 기재의 재조합 벡터를 효모균주에 도입하여 형질전환시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 효모균주.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 효모균주는 사카로마이세스 세레비지아에 (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), 한세눌라 폴리모르파(Hansenula polymorpha) 또는 피치아 파스토리스(Pichia pastoris) 임을 특징으로 하는 재조합 효모균주.
- 제 3 항 기재의 재조합 효모균주를 배양하여 훼리틴 H-형태 유전자를 발현시킴을 특징으로 하는 재조합 훼리틴 H-형태 제조방법.
- 제 5 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 재조합 훼리틴 H-형태.
- 제 6 항 기재의 재조합 훼리틴 H-형태를 유효성분으로 함유하는 철분결핍 예방 및 치료용 건강 기능성 제제.
- 훼리틴 L-형태를 구성하는 DNA가 도입된 훼리틴 발현용 재조합 벡터.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 훼리틴 L-형태를 구성하는 DNA는 인간, 소, 말, 식물로부터 유래된 것임을 특징으로 하는 훼리틴 발현용 재조합 벡터.
- 제 8 항 기재의 재조합 벡터를 효모균주에 도입하여 형질전환시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 효모균주.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 사카로마이세스 세레비지아에(Saccharomycescerevisiae), 한세눌라 폴리모르파(Hansenula polymorpha) 또는 피치아 파스토리스(Pichia pastoris) 임을 특징으로 하는 재조합 효모균주.
- 제 10 항 기재의 재조합 효모균주를 배양하여 훼리틴 L-형태 유전자를 발현시킴을 특징으로 하는 재조합 훼리틴 L-형태 제조방법.
- 제 12 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 재조합 훼리틴 L-형태.
- 제 13 항 기재의 재조합 훼리틴 L-형태를 유효성분으로 함유하는 철분결핍 예방 및 치료용 건강 기능성 제제.
