Claims (14)
- 활성상이 망간과, 알칼리 토금속 및 희토류 금속 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소 A를 기재로 하고 있으며, 800℃에서 8시간 동안 하소한 후 비표면적이 10 m2/g 이상, 특히 20 m2/g 이상이거나 이상일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지지체 및 활성상을 포함하는 NOx트랩으로서 사용하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 800℃에서 8시간 동안 하소한 후 비표면적이 80 m2/g 이상, 특히 100 m2/g 이상이거나 이상일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원소 A가 바륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 알루미나, 또는 실리콘, 지르코늄, 바륨 또는 희토류 금속에 의해 안정화된 알루미나를 기재로 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 실리카를 기재로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 0.1% 내지 15%의 Ti/Ti+Si 원자비로 실리카 및 티타늄 산화물을 기재로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 산화세륨 및 산화지르코늄을 기재로 하고 있으며, 상기 지지체는 산화지르코늄 및 산화세륨을 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하고 이 혼합물을 3개 이상의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알콕실화 화합물로 세척 또는 함침하는 방법에 의해 수득되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 산화세륨 및 산화지르코늄을 기재로 하고 있으며, 상기 지지체는 세륨염 용액, 지르코늄염 용액, 및 음이온 계면활성제, 비이온 계면활성제, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 카르복실산 및 이들의 염으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 임의로는 염기 및(또는) 산화제의 존재하에서 반응시키는 방법에 의해 수득되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 질소 산화물의 배출을 감소시키기 위한 가스 처리 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 내연 기관으로부터의 배기 가스를 처리하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 화학량론적 값에 비해 과량의 산소를 함유하는 가스를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 가스 중의 산소 함량이 2 부피% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 기관으로부터 배출된 배기 가스 처리용 촉매 시스템.
- 내연 기관으로부터 배출된 배기 가스 처리용 촉매 시스템을 제작하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
