Claims (9)
- 광원(1)에 의해 조명될 수 있고, 정보제공성 지시기 패턴이 구비된 실질적으로 투명한 재료로부터 제조되는 지시기 부재(2)를 포함하는 광 지시기에 있어서,지시기 부재(2)가 도파 패널로서 설계되고, 여기에서 광 빔이 전반사로 전파하고, 광의 작용으로 지시기 부재내에서 활성화 될 수 있는 지시기 패턴(2a)을 생성하기 위해 지시기 패턴으로 구성된 격자 구조 등과 같은 회절 외부결합 시스템(2u)과 그곳으로부터 외부결합이 되어, 다양한 크기 및/또는 형상의 오목부 및/또는 홈이 복수 형상 및/또는 이중 화소 및/또는 유니트와 같은 다양한 크기 및/또는 형상의 발산성 국부 격자를 구성하며, 그것의 충전 요소, 형상, 외형 및/또는 크기가 회절 효율이 위치의 함수가 되도록 최적화 됨을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 광원(1)에 장축으로 연속된 하나 이상의 LED가 제공되어 지시기 부재(2)로 내부결합된 광에 의해 지시기 부재(2)의 지시기 패턴을 조명하는 광 지시기로서,패널 부재(2)로의 광 내부결합이 지시기 부재(2)의 경계면(R)에 존재하는 이중 빔 분배기, 국부 격자 구조, 확산기 등과 같은 회절 내부결합 시스템(2s)에 의해, 및/또는 경계면(R)의 기하학적 윤곽에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 도파 패널로 기능하는 지시기 부재(2)의 국부 격자 구조 등과 같은 회절 외부결합 시스템(2u)이 지시기 부재(2)의 바닥 면상에 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지시기 부재(2)가 중합체, 엘라스토머, 세라믹 패널, 시트 등과 같은 0.1 내지 4 mm의 두께를 갖는 얇고 광학적으로 깨끗한 제조 재료로부터 제조되고, 내부결합 시스템(2s)이 그 주변(Rr)에 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광 지시기가 가요성 및/또는 미리 성형된 제조 재료로부터 제조되고, 지시기 부재(2)의 지시기 패턴(2a)이 지시기 부재(2)를 어디에서나 굴곡의 국부 반경이 충분히 작도록 유지시킴으로써 활성되게 하여 광 빔이 지시기 부재(2)내를 진행하는 동안 전반사의 임계각이 초과되지 않게 함을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 지시기 패턴(2a)을 구성하는 회절 외부결합 시스템(2u)이 지시기 패턴(2a)이 다양한 색상의 (회절) 패턴에 대하여 동작하도록 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 다양한 색상에 대하여 활성되는 지시기 패턴(2a)의 하나 이상의 지시기 이미지가 적색/녹색/청색/백색 LED 등과 같은 다양한 색상의 광을 생성하는 광 수단이 구비된 하나 이상의 독립적으로 제어되는 조명 유니트(1; 1a)를 제공함으로써 및/또는 광원(1)을 그 강도, 공급 전압 등의 면에서 변동시킴으로써 설계됨을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지시기 부재(2)에 반사기, 확산기 등과 같은 응답 표면(3)이 제공되어, 외부결합 시스템(2u)의 격자 구조 등으로부터 전송된 빔을 제거하고/거나 뚜렷한 광 스폿을 형성하는 것을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광 패널이 밀폐된 박스형 구조로 구성되고, 내부결합 시스템(2s)이 지시기 부재(2)내의 전면 또는 뒷면(Rt)에 존재하고 광원(1)으로부터 전달된 광을 조준하여 지시기 부재(2)내에서 전반사로 전파하게 할 수 있는 빔 분배기 등에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 광 지시기.
