- 다공성막을 포함하며 전혈시료가 수용되는 면과 글루코스 농도를 측정하기 위한 시험면으로 구성되고, 상기 수용면과 시험면의 공극크기를 서로 다르게 설계하여 전혈시료가 수용면에서 시험면으로 이동할 때 여기에 포함된 적혈구의 통과를 억제하여 글루코스 농도 변화에 따른 색변화 측정시 간섭을 일으킬 우려가 있는 적혈구 등을 배제시킬 수 있게 된 매트릭스를 포함하는 전혈내 글루코스 함량 측정용 시험스트립에 있어서, 상기의 매트릭스는(1) 다공성막을 통과한 전혈시료 중의 글루코스 성분과 산소로부터 과산화수소를 생성하는 효소용액과,(2) 생성된 과산화수소와 퍼옥시다제에 의해 색소를 형성시키는 색소전구체와,(3) 상기 (1)의 성분 및 (2)의 색소전구체를 매트릭스에 지지시킬 수 있는 고분자물질을 침적시킨 것을 특징으로하는 시험스트립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전혈시료 중의 글루코스와 산소로부터 과산화수소를 생성하는 성분이 글루코스 옥시다제(GOD)인 것을 특징으로하는 시험스트립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,과산화수소와 퍼옥시다제에 의해 색소를 형성시킬 수 있는 색소전구체는 디아조 성분을 함유한 화합물과 커플러 화합물로 구성되고,상기의 디아조 성분 함유 화합물은 3-메틸-2벤조티아졸리논 하이드라존 하이드로 클로라이드이고,커플러 화합물은 3-아미노페놀, N-하이드록시에틸-N-메틸아닐린, 하이드록시에틸-에틸아닐린, N-하이드록시에틸-N-에틸톨루이딘, N-n-부틸-N-하이드록시 에틸아닐린, 디에탄올아닐린 및 N,N-디하이드록시에틸-m-클로로아닐린으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 벤젠계 유도체 화합물이나 혹은 나프톨술폰산, 아미노나프탈렌 술폰산 및 아미노나프톨 술폰산으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 나프탈렌계 유도체 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로하는 시험스트립.
- 제 3항에 있어서,나프톨술폰산 유도체는 쉐퍼산(Shaeffer acid), 크로세익산(croceic acid), NW산, G산, R산, E산 및 크로모트로픽산(chromotropic acid)으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물이고,아미노나프탈렌 술폰산 유도체는 나프티오닉산(naphtionic acid), 로렌트산(Laurent's acid), 1,6-클리브산(1,6-Cleve's acid), 1,7-클리브산 (1,7-Cleve's acid) 및 브로너산(Broenner's acid)으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물이고, 또한아미노나프톨 술폰산 유도체는 J산, R산, K산, S산 및 SS산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로하는 시험스트립.
- 제 3항에 있어서,또한, 색소 전구체를 구성하는 상기의 디아조 성분 함유 화합물 및 커플러 화합물 이외에도하이드라지노 헤테로아렌(Hydrazino heteroarenes)류와 N,N-디메틸아닐린 (N,N-Dimethylaniline)류의 산화적 커플링반응에 의해서 색소가 형성되며 이 커플링반응은 다음과 같이 표현되고,이때의 하이드라지노 아렌류(1)는 다음의 구조식으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 구조식으로 되고,또한 N,N-디메틸 아닐린류(2)에서 R 은 H, Me 또는 NHAc 중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로하는 시험스트립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,과산화수소와 퍼옥시다제에 의해 색소를 형성할 수 있는 색소전구체는 다음의 구조식으로 표현되는 가용성 아닐린유도체(A) 및 4-아미노안티피린(B)이고, 이때의 가용성 아닐린유도체(A)의 치환기 중 R1은 CH3, C2H5또는 C3H7중에서 선택되고 R 은 SO3Na 인 것을 특징으로하는 시험스트립.
- 제 1항에 있어서,과산화수소 생성을 위한 성분(1)과 색소전구체(2)로 각각 사용하는 화합물을 매트릭스에 지지시킬 고분자물질은 알긴산나트륨, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리비닐아세탈, 폴리아크릴산 및 그의 나트륨염([CH2CHCOOR]n: R=H 또는 Na)으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로하는 시험스트립.
