Claims (5)
- 내화체를 압송 시키는 내화체 압송관로가 란스를 따라 있고, 상기 내화체 압송관로를 통해 이송되는 내화체와 혼합기류를 형성하여 화염을 조성하는 가연성 개스 및 산소공급로를 가지며, 온도 상승을 억제 시키기 위해 냉각수라인을 구비하는 란스 노즐의 버너 구조에 있어서,동심상에 하나의 분체이송관을 가지고, 그 외곽쪽으로는 산소공급로 및 가연성 개스공급로가 위치하며, 또한 가연성 개스공급로와 원주상으로 나란한 냉각수라인을 상기 분체이송관 주위로 등간격으로 배치시킨 유체공급측과,상기 유체공급측으로 부터 공급되는 해당 유체들을 주어진 경로로 분기 시키고, 그들중 냉각수라인을 따라 흐르는 냉각수를 순환 시키는 한편 내화물분체와 가연성 개스를 혼합시켜 화염을 조성하여 내보내는 화염조성부와,상기 화염조성부에서의 혼합기류를 정량적으로 조성하기 위해 상기 분체이송관의 분기부에 마련된 내화물분체 정량공급 분배실과,상기 산소공급로에 가연성 개스공급로를 합류시켜 가연성개스를 산소와 혼입시켜 내보내고, 그 중심에서 내화물분체를 분사시키기 위해 상기 화염조성부로 부터 이동되는 유체를 군집시켜 내보내는 다공성 커버를 포함하는 노의 용사보수 버너장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화염조성부는 분체이송관의 선단 분기부를 중심으로 그 둘레를 따라 다수로 배열된 분기공급로로 구성되고, 상기 각 분기공급로에 개스공급로를 합류관으로 연결시켜 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 노의 용사보수 버너장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분배실은 내화물분체를 각 방향으로 분기시키기 위해 분체이송관의 선부에 마련된 분기관과,상기 분기관의 중심을 통해 각 방향으로 흐르는 내화물분체의 이송량을 고른 분포로 내보내기 위해 분기관의 중심에 형성된 구배면을 특징으로 하는 노의 용사보수 버너장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 커버는 냉각수를 자체 두께면을 따라 유도하고 순환 시키기 위해 방사 방향으로 마련된 냉각수 순환관과,상기 냉각수 순환관에 의해 무리지어 분활되는 내화물분체 토출구와,산소와 혼합된 가연성개스를 상기 내화물분체 토출구를 에워쌓는 형태로 내보내는 또 다른 토출구로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 노의 용사보수 버너장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 내화물분체 토출구의 선단부는 원통형 슬리브를 장착하여 다공성커버에 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 노의 용사보수 버너장치.
