Claims (1)
- 입측 권취기(6)와 출측 사상압연기(1) 사이에 설치되어 강판(8)을 상부측에서 냉각하기 위한 냉각기의 전,후방측에 강판(8)의 상부면측으로 상면 복사온도계(4)를 각각 장착하여 그 강판(8)이 냉각기로 인입되기 전의 강판 온도와 인출된 후의 강판 온도를 측정하여 설비의 운전조건 및 강판(8)의 바람직한 조직형성등에 영향을 미치는 강판(8)의 냉각 젼후의 온도둥을 정확하게 측정하여 강판의 이송속도 및 냉각기능을 제어하도록 되며, 상기 강판(8)의 하부면측에 강판(8)의 하부면에서 복사광선을 모아주고 광섬유(112)로서 센서(110)와 연결되는 온도계렌즈(111)가 설치되는 고온강판 하면온도 측정장치에 있어서, 상기 강판(8)의 일측 단부에 접촉하여 공회전하도록 폭방향위치센서(115)가 장착되며, 상기 폭방향위치센서(115)는 서로 적정한 간격으로 떨어져 프레임(140)에 강판(8)의 폭방향으로 미끄럼 이동 기능하도륵 설치된 복수개의 링크부재(114)에 회전가능 하도록 힌지(hinge) 연결되며, 상기 링크부재(114)의 타단부는 상기온도계 광학렌즈(111)에 각각 회전 가능하도록 힌지 연결되어 강판(8)의 사행이송에 상관없이 항상 일정위치의 강판 하부면 온도를 측정토록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온강판 하면온도 측정장치.
