Claims (2)
- 소정의 폭과 크기를 갖고 형성되며, 엔진측에서 발생되는 배기가스의 기밀을 유지하며, 신축 및 밴딩을 흡수하는 벨로즈(10)와;상기 벨로즈(10)의 내측에 전면부에 위치되어, 벨로즈(10)를 보호하며, 고온의 배기가스가 내부로 통과되도록 하고, 몸체 전면 외측으로는 단턱지게 안착턱(21)이 구비되는 프론트 슬리브(20)와;상기 프론트 슬리브(20)의 후측으로 형성되며, 몸체 전면부에는 단부에 스톱퍼(31)이 구비되어, 상기 프론트 슬리브(20)의 돌출부(22) 상부로 위치되는 리어 슬리브(30)와;상기 리어 슬리브(30)의 외측으로 위치되는 인너 리테이너부재(40)와;상기 프론트 슬리브(20)의 안착턱(21)에 위치되어 밴딩 충격시 리어 슬리브(30)의 스톱퍼(31)과 접지되어 충격을 완충시키는 제 1 완충부재(50)와;상기 인너 리테이너부재(40)의 절곡부(41) 내측에 위치되어 밴딩 충격을 완충시며, 몸체 외측부로는 스톱퍼(31)이 형성되는 제 2 완충부재(60)와;상기 프론트 슬리브(20)와 일측은 고정되고, 타측은 인너 리테이너부재(40)와 소정의 간격을 갖고 위치되는 아우터 커버(80)로 구성된 것에 있어서;상기 인너 리테이너부재(40)는 중심점(C)을 중심으로 반경(R)을 갖는 가이드부(41)가 호형으로 성형되고, 상기 아우터 커버(80)에는 상기 제 2 완충부재(60)의 끝단부를 보호하도록 절곡된 완충부재커버부(81)가 형성되어 밴딘 변위가 발생될 때 제 2 완충부재(60)와 가이드부(41)의 형성된 접촉면(70)에서 슬라이딩되며 변위를 흡수하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배기관용 플렉시블 연결구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프론트 슬리브(20)에는 안착턱(21)의 단부에 돌출부(22)가 외부를 향하여 원주면을 따라 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배기관용 플렉시블 연결구.
