Claims (1)
- 유기질 비료의 원료로서 탈지강, 깻묵, 대두박, 유체박, 계분, 돈분, 우분, 베아박 등을 수분 20∼30%, 온도 35∼50℃의 조건에서 호기성균에 의하여 3∼4일씩 1차와 2차로 반복 발효시키기 위하여 산소주입구 및 배기구를 설치한 호기성 발효실과, 2차 호기성균에 의하여 발효된 유기질 비료 50%와 물 50%의 비율로 혼합하고 30∼50℃에서 48시간 공기를 차단한 상태에서 혐기성균에 의하여 다시 3차 발효하면서 유기물질로부터 유효 유기비료성분액을 1차 추출하기 위한 추출기가 설치되고 외부공기가 차단된 혐기성 발효실과, 3차 혐기성 균에 의하여 발효와 동시에 추출된 유기질 비료원료(抽出粕)를 용질로서 그리고 1차 추출한 유기비료액을 용매로서 50℃에서 약 48시간 혐기성균에 의하여 재차 추출하는 추출기(抽出器)와, 이 추출물에 화학비료(질소, 인산(아인산), 카리 등)와 함께 미량원소인 마그네슘, 망간, 몰리브덴, 아연, 구리, 철, 칼슘, 붕산 등 무기원소를 보완첨가하는 혼합기(混合器)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유·무기질 복합비료 제조장치'
