Claims (2)
- 건물 내부의 오염된 공기를 외부로 배출시키고 또한 외부의 신선한 공기를 공급받아 건물 내의 공기를 쾌적하게 유지시키는 환기구를 개폐하도록 하는 것에 있어서.환기구의 열린 공간에 구비되며 양측에 각각 제1레일(13)이 구비된 창틀프레임(12);상기 창틀프레임(12)에 대응되어 환기구의 개폐를 수행하며 양측에 각각 제2레일(14)이 구비된 환기창(11);상기 창틀프레임(12)의 제1레일(13)과 환기창(11)의 제2레일(14)에 X자 형태로 중심이 힌지결합되어 교차 연결되되 일단은 힌지로 고정연결되고 타단에는 상기 제1레일(13) 및 제2레일(14)에 결합되는 제1롤러(17) 및 제2롤러(18)가 구비된 제1링크(15)와 제2링크(16);상기 제1링크(15)의 제1롤러(17)를 제1레일(13)상에 이동시키도록 하는 동력수단;을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 건물용 환기장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 동력수단은 상기 제1링크(15)의 제1롤러(17)에 힌지연결되는 소정길이의 랙(R)과, 상기 랙(R)에 대응되어 결합되는 피니언(P)과, 상기 피니언(P)을 구동하는 동력축(S)과 상기 동력축(S)을 회전작동하는 모터(M)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건물용 환기장치.
