Claims (2)
- 입력단(D)으로 트리거 신호가 가해지면 시정수(τ≒ 0.7R1C1)에 의해 일정한 폭의 펄스를 발생시키는 원샷 멀티바이브레이터(10)와; 이미터 단자에 전압(Vcc)이 인가되어 상기 멀티바이브레이터(10)가 하이이면 불통되고, 로우이면 통전이 되는 P형 트랜지스터(20)와; 평소에는 오픈되어 있다가 압력을 받았을 때만 회로를 쇼트시키는 부저(30)와; 상기 P형 트랜지스터(20)의 동작에 따라 충방전을 하는 커패시터(40)와; 베이스 단자에 트리거 신호가 입력되고 컬렉터 단자로 하이레벨신호가 인가되면 트리거 신호의 하이레벨신호에는 불통되고 로우레벨신호에는 통전되어, 반전된 트리거 신호를 출력되는 N형 트랜지스터(50);로 구성된 부저음 발생회로
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 커패시터(40)가 방전되며 잔향음을 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부저음 발생회로.
