Claims (5)
- 본체(1)의 내부는 흡기실(A)과 배기실(B)로 양분되게 형성되어 하부는 상호 연통되어 있고, 배기실(B)의 후측과 하단에는 관연결구(b)와 (C)가 형성 되어 있는 것에 있어서 본체(1)에 형성된 흡기실(A)내에는 흡기밸브의 하부덮개(2)와 스프링(3), 흡기개폐문(4)을 차례로 설치하고, 흡기밸브덮개(2)의 중심구멍(6a) 상부에 형성된 수개의 공기 흡입구(a)의 내측에 필터(7)를 설치한 다음 캡(8)을 덮어 흡기 부분을 구성하며, 본체(1)의 배기실(B)내에는 칼날형 밸브시이트(14)와 배기개폐문(11)을 설치한 다음 배기실(B) 상부 암나사구멍(B1)에 배기 밸브덮개(10)를 나사조립시켜 배기부분을 구성한 단일체로 된 흡 배기용 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡기개폐문(4)의 상단은 고무 0-링(5)을 씌운 원추형 개폐문이 되고 그 하단 안내봉(4a)은 흡기밸브 덮개(2)의 중심구멍(2a)에 삽입하여 상하로 움직이게 하며, 스프링(3)의 탄성에 의해 위로 닫힌 상태가 되게 한 단일체로 된 흡 배기용 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기개폐문(11)의 하부는 보울트(15)를 이용해 고정시킨 고무패킹(12)이 설치되어 있고, 상부 안내봉(11a)의 양측에는 2개의 통기홈(11b)이 있으며, 이 안내봉(11a)을 배기 밸브덮개(10)의 중심공(10a)에 삽입시켜 상하로 움직이게 하여, 평상시에는 배기개폐문(11)의 무게에 의해 칼날형 밸브시이트(14)를 아래로 닫게 하고, 밸브덮개(10)의 중심구멍(10a) 상부 암나사부에 보울트(9)를 나사조립시켜 상부에서의 기체 유실을 방지케 한 단일체로된 흡 배기용 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기밸브덮개(10)의 중심구멍(10a) 상부 암나사구멍에 볼울트(9)를 조이는데 볼울트(9)대신에 전기접점 압력계를 돌려 넣어 설치하면 기압수조(QS)의 압력을 뚜렷이 볼 수 있고 제어 할 수 있으며, 이곳에 스로틀밸브를 돌려 넣어 설치하면 스로틀밸브를 통하여 기압수조(QS)에 공기를 채우거나 방출할 수 있게 한 단일체로 된 흡 배기용 체크밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본체(1) 하단이 연결구(c)내에 아크릴관(YB)를 삽입하면 기압수조(QS)의 수위를 직접 나타나게 하고 도관을 삽입하여 분사 보기탱크(PBQ)와 서로 연결한 단일체로 된 흡 배기용 체크밸브.
