Claims (3)
- 고정자와 회전자(1)로 이루어지고, 상기 회전자(1)의 샤프트(4)에는 전기자철심(2) 및 정류자(3)가 압입되고, 이 전기자철심(2) 및 정류자(3)의 라이자부(5)에는 코일(6)이 권선 삽입되며, 이 코일(6)을 지지 고정하는 고정링(7b)이 회전자(1)의 외주면에 끼워지는 시동전동기의 전기자에 있어서, 상기 고정링(7b)의 내주면에 바니쉬(9)가 충진되는 홈(8)이 형성되어 바니쉬(9) 충진에 상기 코일(6)과 고정링(7b)이 일체 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 시동전동기 회전자 코일 고정링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정링(7b)의 홈(8)은 요철형(), 쐐기형(), 반구형(), 이중요철형(), 코킹형()의 여러가지 형상 중 어느 한가지로 성형함을 특징으로 하는 시동전동기 회전자 코일 고정링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정링(7b)을 회전자(1)의 외주면에 끼울때 헐거운 끼워맞춤 공차가 되도록 고정링(7b)을 회전자(1)의 외주면보다 크게 제작함을 특징으로 하는 시동전동기 회전자 코일 고정링.
