본 고안은 자동차 도어에 관한 것으로, 지지대(11)를 가지고, 측정자가 가이드되어지는 가이드홀(13)을 가지는 써포트(12)가 일측에서 수직하게 설치되어 있는 베이스 플레이트(10)와; 상기 써포트(12)의 가이드홀(13)에 설치되어서 상,하 이동되어지는 레일블록(21)에 설치되어서 도어의 초기 위치를 측정하는 측정자(20)와; 상기 써포트(12)와 동일 선상에 위치하도록 베이스 플레이트(10) 상면에 한쌍의 실린더(31)를 설치하고, 실린더 로드(34)에 도어(100)를 받쳐줄 수 있는 플레이트(32)가 설치되어진 도어승강부(30)로 구성된 것에 의해 베이스 플레이트에 수직으로 설치되어진 서포트바에서 상,하 이동되어지도록된 측정자를 이동시켜 도어 초기 위치를 측정하여 세팅하고, 실린더에 의해 승강되는 플레이트로 도어를 받쳐 처짐량을 조정할 수 있게 한 것으로, 도어 처짐량을 정확하게 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 측정된 처짐량 만큼 도어를 조정할 수 있고, 도어 처짐량 측정 및 조정에 따른 작업시간을 단축할 수 있으며, 정확한 도어 장착으로 차량 실내의 소음 및 공기중의 이물질 유입을 완전하게 차단할 수 있도록 한 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.The present invention relates to an automobile door, the base plate (10) having a support (11), the support (12) having a guide hole (13) on which the measurer is guided is installed vertically on one side; A measurer (20) installed in the guide hole (13) of the support (12) and installed in the rail block (21) to move up and down to measure the initial position of the door; A door in which a pair of cylinders 31 are installed on an upper surface of the base plate 10 so as to be positioned on the same line as the support 12, and a plate 32 is installed on the cylinder rod 34 to support the door 100.
