Abstract

본 고안은 TMI팩의 F-터미널에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 VCR에 사용하는 TMI팩의 F-터미널의 형합에 있어서 간단한 구조를 갖는 TMI팩의 F-터미널에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 목적은 TMI팩의 샤시 홀에 F-터미널을 형합시 보다 간단하며, 안전하고 견고한 고정결합을 실시하며, 또한 원가를 절감하는 구조를 갖는 TMI팩의 F-터미널을 제공함이다.
본 고안은 핀을 구비하고 TMI팩 샤시의 측면부에 형성한 홀에 코킹을 하여 형합하는 F-터미널에 있어서, 상기 샤시의 홀에 형합하는 연결부와 상기 샤시에 고정하는 돌출부를 F-터미널의 핀과의 접합부위에 형성함을 특징으로 한다.

＜도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명＞

본 고안은 TMI팩의 F-터미널에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 VCR에 사용하는 TMI팩의 F-터미널의 형합에 있어서 간단한 구조를 갖는 TMI팩의 F-터미널에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 VCR에는 튜너(TUNER)와 IF 및 RF 모듈레이터가 장착되는데 TMI팩(TUNER RF-MODULATOR IF PACK)은 상기의 튜너와 IF 및 RF 모듈레이터를 하나의 팩(PACK)으로 합성한 것으로 VCR에 사용한다.
제1도는 종래의 F-터미널을 도시하는 도면으로, (a)도에서 F-터미널(10)은 핀(12)을 구비하고, 샤시(제3도 참고)의 홀(18)에 형합시 (b)도에서 처럼 코킹작업을 실시하여 F-터미널(10)의 샤시홀(18)과의 형합부위에 코킹부(14)를 형성하고 샤시(24)의 홀(18)에 삽입하여 형합을 실시한다.
그러나 전술한 바와 같은 종래의 형합구조에 있어서는 다음과 같은 문제점이 발생한다.
전술한 종래의 구성에 있어서 코킹부(14)를 형성하여 결합하는 F-터미널(10)의 삽입 구조는 코킹작업으로 인한 작업공수의 증가와 코킹기기의 사용으로 원가상승의 문제점이 있다.
또한, 코킹부(14)의 형성에 있어서 작업의 불량발생율이 높으며, F-터미널(10)의 샤시(22)의 홀(18)에 삽입시 오삽이 발생하는 문제점이 발생한다.
따라서 본 고안은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것이다.
본 고안의 목적은 TMI팩의 샤시 홀에 F-터미널을 형합시 보다 간단하며, 안전하고 견고한 고정결합을 실시하며, 또한 원가를 절감하는 구조를 갖는 TMI팩의 F-터미널을 제공함이다.
전술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 핀을 구비하고 TMI팩 샤시의 측면부에 형성한 홀에 코킹을 하여 형합하는 F-터미널에 있어서, 상기 샤시의 홀에 형합하는 연결부와 상기 샤시에 고정하는 돌출부를 F-터미널의 핀과의 접합부위에 형성함을 특징으로 한다.
이하 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 양호한 일실시예에 따른 TMI팩의 F-터미널을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
제2도는 본 고안의 양호한 일실시예에 의한 F-터미널을 도시하는 도면이다.
동도면에서, F-터미널(20)은 핀(12)을 구비하며 전술한 핀(12)과 F-터미널(20) 본체의 중간부위에는 연결부(17)와 횡방향으로 형성한 돌출부(16)가 구비된다.
전술한 돌출부(16)는 횡방향으로 돌출부(16)를 형성하며, F-터미널(20)의 몸체쪽으로의 접촉부에는 연결부(17)가 형성되어 있다.
전술한 구성을 갖는 본 고안의 작용 및 효과는 다음과 같다.
제3도는 본 고안의 양호한 일실시예에 따른 사용상태도로 (a)도는 샤시의 샤시도이고, (b)도와 (c)도는 (a)도의 C부의 부분상세도이다.
(a)도에서, 샤시(22)의 측면부에 형성한 홀(18)에는 (b),(c)도와 같이 F-터미널(20)이 형합된다.
(b)도에서, 샤시(22)의 홀(18)에 형합하는 F-터미널(20)은 연결부(17)가 샤시(22)의 홀(18)에 정확한 위치로 형합되며 돌출부(16)의 구조는 도면에 도시하는 바와 같이 종방향으로 돌려져서 서있는 상태로 홀(18)에 삽입되며 (작업에 의해)이후 동작으로 (c)도와 같이 F-터미널(20)을 90°회전하여 돌출부(16)를 횡방향으로 위치시키며, 핀(12)을 하측방향을 향하게 한다.
전술한 동작에서 샤시(24)에 형성한 홀(18)에 삽입되는 F-터미널(20)의 삽입부 안쪽의 측면에는 엠보싱 가공을 하여 돌기(24)을 형성하여 전술한 F-터미널(20)의 삽입시 돌출부(16)의 돌기(24)와의 결합으로 F-터미널(20)의 삽입시 견고한 결합이 이루어진다.
전술한 바와 같은 본 고안은 샤시의 홀이 형성된 부위의 측면에 돌기를 형성하고, 상기 돌기에 F-터미널의 돌출부를 견고히 형합하므로, 종래와는 달리 코킹기가 불필요해져서 원가가 절감되며, 또한 수작업에 의한 간단한 형합으로 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 핀(12)을 구비하고 TMI팩 샤시(22)의 측면부에 형성한 홀(18)에 코킹을 하여 형합하는 F-터미널에 있어서, 상기 샤시(22)의 홀(18)에 형합하는 연결부(17)와, 상기 샤시(22)에 고정하는 돌출부(16)를 F-터미널의 핀(12)과의 접합부위에 형성함을 특징으로 하는 TMI팩의 F-터미널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 샤시(22)에 형성한 홀(18)의 측면에는 F-터미널(20)의 돌출부(16)를 고정하는 돌기(24)를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 TMI팩의 F-터미널.
