Claims (1)
- 용융수지를 금형(11)의 내부로 보내어 보스(P')를 지니는 제품(P)을 성형하는 과정에서 소정의 가스도 보내어 제품(P) 내부에 가스챈널(G)을 형성하는 방식의 사출금형에 있어서; 상기 제품(P)에서 가스챈널(G)이 형성되는 보스(P')의 내측으로 그와 동심을 유지하며 소정의 깊이까지 침투되는 고열전도성을 지니는 보스핀(31); 상기 보스핀(31)의 단부에서 균일한 냉각속도를 유지하기 위해 그 단부 근처 내부까지 냉각유체가 공급되어 유동되도록 그 보스핀(31)에 형성된 직접냉각탱크(32); 그리고 그 직접냉각탱크(32)의 내부까지 냉각유체를 공급하여 순환시키도록 그 직접 냉각탱크(32)의 중앙에 배치되는 파이프(33)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접냉각 구조를 지닌 사출금형.
