Abstract

본 고안은 식기세척기의 스프레이아암에 관한 것으로 특히 세척용노즐을 이동시켜 세척영역을 불연속성을 없애고 세척영역을 확대하여 식기세척기의 효율을 향상시키도록 한 것으로서, 스프레이아암에 고정되어 회전하는 중심기어와, 상기 중심기어에 의해 회전하는 위성기어에 형성된 드라이브로드와, 상기 드라이브로드에 연결되어 세척용노즐을 왕복운동시키는 커넥팅로드와, 상기 세척용노즐로 세척수를 공급하는 유로가이드를 구비한 것이다.

식기세척기의 스프레이 아암

본 고안은 식기세척기의 스프레이아암에 관한 것으로서 특히 세척에 사용되는 스프레이 아암의 고정노즐을 움직이게 하여 세척원으로 생기는 불연속영역을 포함하여 세척효과를 향상시키도록 한 것이다.
종래 스프레이아암은 제1도와 같이 세척용 노즐(1)과 스프레이아암을 세척수의 반발력으로 회전시키는 회전용 노즐(2)이 구성되었다.
이와같이 구성된 종래 스프레이아암은 세척펌프로 부터 세척관을 통하여 세척수를 공급받아 스프레이아암의 표면에 형성된 여러개의 노즐을 이용하여 세척수를 분사한다. 이 중 회전방향의 반대방향으로 회전용 노즐(2)로 분사되는 세척수의 반발력을 이용하여 스프레이아암이 회전하고 나머지 노즐(1)들은 식기에 세척수를 분사하게 된다.
그러나 이러한 종래 스프레이아암은 노즐(1)이 모두 고정되어 있으므로 세척영역이 제3도의 (a)와 같이 스프레이아암의 원운동에 의해 원형으로 구성되며 노즐과 노즐 사이에는 세척수가 도달되지 않는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 스프레이아암에 고정되어 회전하는 중심기어와, 상기 중심기어에 의해 회전하는 위성기어에 형성된 드라이브로드와, 상기 드라이브로드에 연결되어 이동노즐을 왕복운동시키는 커넥팅로드와, 상기 이동노즐로 세척수를 공급하는 유로가이드를 구비함으로서, 식기세척시의 세척영역에서 나타나는 불연속성을 없애고 세척영역을 확대하여 세척효과를 증대시킬 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다.
본 고안을 제2도에 의하여 설명한다.
스프레이아암에 고정되어 회전하는 중심기어(101)와, 상기 중심기어(101)에 의해 회전하는 위성기어(102)에 형성된 드라이브로드(103)와, 상기 드라이브로드(103)에 연결되어 이동노즐(105)을 왕복운동시키는 커넥팅로드(104)와, 상기 이동노즐(105)로 세척수를 공급하는 유로가이드(106)를 구비하였다.
도면중 미설명 부호 107은 고정노즐이고 108은 회전용 노즐을 나타낸다.
본 고안의 작동순서는 먼저 세척수가 하부로 부터 공급되면 이 공급된 세척수는 양쪽의 스프레이아암으로 공급된다. 이 세척수가 회전노즐(108)로 분사되면 이 반발력으로 스프레이아암은 회전하게 되고 이로인해 중심기어(101)는 반시계방향 즉, 스프레이아암이 회전하는 방향으로 회전하게 되고 위성기어(102)는 시계방향으로 회전하게 된다.
이 결과 드라이브로드(103) 역시 시계방향으로 회전하므로써 컨넥팅로드(104)에 달려있는 이동노즐(105)은 스프레이아암의 길이 방향으로 왕복운동을 하며 고정 노즐(107)과 함께 제3도의 (b)와 같이 세척수를 토출시키게 된다.
그리고 중심기어(101)와 위성기어(102)의 회전비를 변화시킴으로서 스프레이아암의 회전에 대한 세척용노즐(105)의 이동속도를 조절할 수가 있다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 세척용노즐을 이동시켜 세척영역의 불연속성을 없애고 세척영역을 확대하여 식기세척기의 효율을 향상시키도록 한 고안이다.

  1. 스프레이아암에 고정되어 회전하는 중심기어와, 상기 중심기어에 의해 회전하는 위성기어에 형성된 드라이브로드와, 상기 드라이브로드에 연결되어 세척용노즐을 왕복운동시키는 커넥팅로드와, 상기 세척용노즐로 세척수를 공급하는 유로가이드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 스프레이 아암.
