Abstract

본 고안은 합성수지 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 용기 폐기시 용기의 부피를 최소화할 수 있는 구조를 갖는 합성수지 용기에 관한 것으로, 용기바닥면이 되는 하단부(10)와 상기 용기바닥면에 수직방향으로 상기 하단부(10) 외주에 연장형성된 통형상의 몸체부(12) 및 용기의 내용물이 쉽게 흘러내릴 수 있도록 소정각도로 몸체부(12)와 용기 상단의 용기 주입구(14)를 연결하는 상단부(16)로 구성된 합성수지 용기에 있어서, 상기 하단부(10)에 용기 주입구 결합부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하여, 용기 바닥면에 용기 주입구 결합부가 형성되어 용기를 폐기하려 할 때 용기 주입구(14)와 용기 주입구 결합부를 결합시켜 작은 크기로 만들 수 있으므로 종래의 취급불편을 해소할 수 있고, 또한 항상 용기캡과 용기 몸체를 분리하여 폐기하게 됨으로 인해 재질별 분리수거가 용이하게 된 것이다.

Description

접는 용기(Foldable bottle)
본 고안은 합성수지 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 용기 폐기시 용기의 부피를 최소화할 수 있는 구조를 갖는 합성수지 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 합성수지 용기는 액상물질이나 분상물질을 담아 손쉽게 유통될 수 있게 하는 용도로 많이 사용되고 있으며, 그 구조는 용기바닥면이 되는 하단부와 상기 용기바닥면에 수직방향으로 상기 하단부 외주에 연장형성된 통형상의 몸체부 및 용기의 내용물이 쉽게 흘러내릴 수 있도록 소정각도로 몸체부와 용기 상단의 용기 주입구를 연결하는 상단부로 구성되어 있다.
그리고 상기 용기 주입구의 외면에는 수나사가 형성되어 용기캡과 나사체결할 수 있게 되어 있다.
상기 합성수지 용기의 하단부와 몸체부 및 상단부로 구성된 몸체는 폴리에틸렌을 원재료로 하고, 상기 용기캡은 금속이나 폴리프로필렌을 원재료로 하여 제조하고 있다.
이러한 상기 합성수지 용기는 제조과정이 단순하고, 여러 가지 형상으로 손쉽게 변경 제조할 수 있으며, 가벼우면서 강도가 뛰어나고 제조비용이 저렴하여 다른 재질의 용기보다 많이 사용되고 있는 실정이다.
그러나, 상기 합성수지 용기를 사용후 폐기할 때는 많은 부피를 차지하여 불편을 주며 상기 용기의 몸체와 용기캡이 나사체결된 상태로 폐기되게 됨에 따라 원재료별 분리수거를 위해 별도의 분리작업이 필요하다는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 합성수지 용기의 폐기시 용기의 용적을 줄일 수 있고, 용기 몸체와 용기캡을 분리하여 폐기시킬 수 있게 된 합성수지 용기를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 용기바닥면이 되는 하단부와 상기 용기바닥면에 수직방향으로 상기 하단부 외주에 연장형성된 통형상의 몸체부 및 용기의 내용물이 쉽게 흘러내릴 수 있도록 소정각도로 몸체부와 용기 상단의 용기 주입구를 연결하는 상단부로 구성된 합성수지 용기에 있어서, 상기 하단부에 용기 주입구 결합부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
상기 용기 주입구 결합부는 용기바닥면의 중앙부에 요홈을 형성하여 용기 주이구의 외주와 결합될 수 있게 할 수 있으며, 또한 용기바닥면의 중앙부에 돌출부를 형성하여 용기 주입구의 내주와 결합할 수 있게 할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조의 합성수지 용기는 용기 사용후 몸체부에 힘을 가해 압착하고 용기를 접어 용기 주입구와 용기바닥면의 용기 주입구 결합부를 결합시키면 아주 작은 크기로 된다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 접는 용기의 일실시예를 나타낸 정면도이고,
도 2는 접는 용기의 몸체부를 압착한 상태를 나타낸 상태도,
도 3은 용기 주입구와 결합부가 결합된 상태를 나타낸 상태도,
도 4는 본 고안에 따른 접는 용기의 또다른 실시예를 나타낸 정면도이다.

이하, 본 고안의 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안의 합성수지용기의 일 실시예를 도시한 것으로, 용기바닥면이 되는 하단부(10)와 상기 용기바닥면에 수직방향으로 상기 하단부(10) 외주에 연장형성된 원통형상의 몸체부(12) 및 용기의 내용물이 쉽게 흘러내릴 수 있도록 소정각도로 몸체부(12)와 용기 상단의 용기 주입구(14)를 연결하는 상단부(16)로 구성된 합성수지 용기의 구조에 상기 하단부(10)에 돌출부(18)가 형성된 용기를 나타내고 있다.
즉, 본 실시예의 용기는 본 고안의 핵심적 구조인 용기 주입구 결합부가 돌출부(18)로 표현된 것이라 할 것으로 이 돌출부(18)는 상기 용기 주입구(14)의 내경에 맞추어 형성되어야 할 것으로 용기 주입구(14)의 내측과 강하게 결합될 수 있게 한다.
도 2는 상기 용기를 사용후 몸체부(12)에 힘을 가해 압착한 상태를 도시한 것으로 용기 바닥면의 돌출부(18)와 용기 주입구(14)가 위쪽으로 향하고 있음을 나타낸다.
이후 상기 돌출부(18)를 용기 주입구(14)에 끼워 결합시켜 폐기시킬 수 있으며, 이때의 결합된 상태가 도 3에 도시되어 있다.
도 4는 본 고안에 따른 다른 실시예로서 용기 주입구 결합부를 용기 바닥면에 형성된 요홈(20)으로 구성한 것으로서, 상기 요홈(20)의 직경은 용기 주입구(14) 외경에 맞추어 형성한 것으로 이 요홈(20)에 용기 주입구(14)를 끼워 결합할 수 있게 된 것이다.
이 용기 역시 상기 도 1의 용기와 같은 작용을 한다.
즉, 용기를 사용후 몸체부(12)에 힘을 가해 압착한 후, 용기 바닥면의 요홈(20)에 용기 주입구(14)를 끼워 그 크기를 줄인 후 폐기할 수 있다.
본 고안에 따른 합성수지 용기는 용기 바닥면에 용기 주입구 결합부가 형성되어 용기를 폐기하려 할 때 용기 주입구(14)와 용기 주입구 결합부를 결합시켜 작은 크기로 만들 수 있으므로 종래의 취급불편을 해소할 수 있고, 또한 항상 용기캡과 용기 몸체를 분리하여 폐기하게 됨으로 인해 재질별 분리수거가 용이하다 할 것이다.

  1. 용기바닥면이 되는 하단부(10)와 상기 용기바닥면에 수직방향으로 상기 하단부(10) 외주에 연장형성된 통형상의 몸체부(12) 및 용기의 내용물이 쉽게 흘러내릴 수 있도록 소정각도로 몸체부(12)와 용기 상단의 용기 주입구(14)를 연결하는 상단부(16)로 구성된 합성수지 용기에 있어서,
    상기 하단부(10)에 용기 주입구 결합부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 주입구 결합부는 용기바닥면의 중앙부에 형성되어 용기 주입구 외측과 결합할 수 있게된 요홈(20)인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기 주입구 결합부는 용기바닥면의 중앙부에 형성되어 용기 주입부 내측과 결합할 수 있게된 돌출부(18)인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 용기.
