본 고안은 자동차용 실내등구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 실내등의 좌/우측부에 발광다이오드(Light Emitted Diode; LED)를 일체로 장착시켜 야간에 차실내에서 독서를 할 때 용이하게 활용할 수 있도록 된 자동차용 실내등구조에 관한 것이다.일반적으로 자동차의 차실내에는 야간과 같이 외부조명이 부족할 경우에 탑승자의 편의를 도모하는 목적으로 실내등(Room Lamp)이 구비되어 있는 바, 이와 같은 목적의 실내등(11)은 제4도와 이 제4도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 단면을 도시한 제5도에 도시된 바와 같이, 탑실링(10)에 소정형상으로 된 하우징(12)이 취부되고, 이 하우징(12)의 중앙부위에 백열등(13)이 설치되면서 그 바깥쪽에서 렌즈(14)가 하우징(12)의 외주면과 맞닿아 결합되는 구조로 되어 있었다.또한 상기 실내등(11)의 일측에는 백열등(13)의 ON/OFF조절용 절환스위치(15)가 구비되어져, 사용자가 선택적으로 상기 실내등(11)을 점등시킬 수 있도록 되어 있었다.따라서 차량의 내부에 탑승한 탑승자는 필요시 상기 전환스위치(15)를 ON시켜 사용할 수 있었다.그러나 상기와 같은 실내등(11)은 장착된 백열등(13)의 특성상 실내로 조사되는 빛의 집광각이 넓기 때문에 탑승자가 독서를 할때에 이용하는데는 빛의 밝기가 약하므로 사용에 불충분한 결점이 있었다.이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 제반 결점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 상기 실내등의 좌/우측부에 발광다이오드를 일체로 장착시켜 탑승자가 차실내에서 독서등으로 이용할 수 있도록 하여 사용자의 편의를 도모하도록 된 자동차용 실내등구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 차실내의 탑실링에 장착된 하우징과 이 하우징에 결합되는 렌즈 및 상기 하우징에 설치된 백열등으로 구성되어 이루어진 자동차용 실내등에 있어서, 상기 실내등의 하우징 좌/우측부에는 발광다이오드가 백열등과 함께 일체로 장착되되, 이 발광다이오드는 좌/우측 방향으로 다소 경사지게 설치된 구조로 되어 있다.이하 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.제1도는 본 고안에 다른 실내등이 차실내에 장착된 상태도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선 다면도이며, 제3도는 제2도를 A방향에서 도시한 상태도이다.본 고안은 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 차실내의 탑실링에 장착된 하우징과 이 하우징에 결합되는 렌즈 및 상기 하우징에 설치된 백열등으로 구성되어 이루어진 자동차용 실내등에 있어서, 상기 실내등(1)의 하우징(2) 좌/우측부에는 발광다이오드(3)가 백열등(4)과 함께 일체로 장착되되, 이 발광다이오드(3)는 좌/우측 방향으로 다소 경사지게 설치되어 있다.여기서 상기 발광다이오드(3)는 제3도에 도시된 바와 같이 PCB판(5)에 고정장착됨면서 이PCB판(5)을 렌즈(6)에 형성된 보스부(7)에 기워져 코킹(Caulking)되어 고정된다.따라서 상기와 같이 실내등(1)의 하우징(2)에 백열등(4)과 함께 장착된 발광다이오드(3)는, 그 특성상 집광각이 15°정도로 좁으면서 광도 또한 백열등(4)보다 더 강하기 때문에 차실내에서 독서등으로 이용하기에 충분하고, 전력소모도 작으면서 발열도 거의 없기 때문에 백열등(4)의 사용시보다 더 효율적이다.이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안 자동차용 실내등구조에 의하면, 상기 실내등(1)에 백열등(4)과 함께 발광다이오드(3)가 장착됨에 따라 차실내에서 탑승자가 독서등으로 이용하는데 편의를 줄 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to an interior light structure for an automobile.
