Abstract

본 고안은 핸들의 조향각고에 따라 헤드램프의 조사각이 자동으로 조절되도록 하는 헤드램프 조사각 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 핸들의 조향각을 감지하는 조향각센서와, 상기 조향각센서로부터 인가된 조향각도 변환신호에 따라 스탭모터의 화전량을 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 제어부의 제어신호에 따라 헤드램프가 고정된 반사경을 좌우로 조절하는 조절수단으로 구성되며, 상기 조절수단은 스탭모터의 회전축에 축설된 웜기어와, 상기 웜기어의 회전운동방향과 직각방향으로 회전하고 반사경이 일체로 고정된 웜휠로 구성되고, 상기 반사경은 브라케트에 고정된 제 1반사경과, 헤드램프가고정되는 제2반사경으로 이루어지며, 상기 제2반사경은 좌,우 회동이 가능하게 제1반사경으로부터 전방 소정간격으로 돌설되는 구성으로 되어있다.

Description

헤드램프 조사각 조절장치
제 1도는 일반적인 헤드램프의 조사각을 설명하기 위한 자동차 평면도.
제2도는 본 고안의 헤드램프 조사각을 조절하기 위한 구성도,
제3도는 본 고안의 헤드램프 동작상태를 보인 도면.

본 고안은 자동차의 전면 양쪽에 설치하여 어두운 곳이나 야간에 전방의 시계가 불량할 경우 사용되는 헤드라이트에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량 선회방향에 따라 헤드램프의 조사각도가 조절되어 전방 시계를 확보할 수있도록 하는 자동차 헤드램프의 조사각 조절장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 제1도와 같이 차량(10) 전방에 구비되어 있는 헤드라이트(20)는 차체에 고정된 상태이기 때문에 항상 차량(10)의 일직선 전방을 조사하도록 되어 있다. 따라서 주행중 곡선로를 주행할 경우에는 주행방향과 헤드라이트 조사각도가 다르기 때문에 실제 진행하고자 하는 방향을 보지 못하고 차량(10)의 일직선 방향을 조사하게 되므로 운전자가 진행방향의 시계를 확보하는데 어려움이 있는 것이다.
본고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 인출한 것으로서, 특히 핸들의 조향각도에 따라 헤드램프의 조사각이 자동으로 조절되도록 하는 헤드램프 조사각 조절장치를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
이러한 목적은 헤드램프 및 램프의 광원을 반사시키기 위한 반사경이 조향각도에 따라 이동되록함으로써 달성되는데, 즉 핸들의 조향각을 감지하는 조향각 센서오 상기 조향각센서로부터 인가된 조향각도 변환신호에 따라 스텝모터의 회전량을 제어하는 제어부와 상기 제어부의 제어 신호에 따라 헤드램프가 고정된 반사경을 좌우로 조절하는 조절수단으로 구성되어 있다.
상기 조절수단은 스텝모터의 회전축에 축설된 웜기어와 상기 웜기어의 회전운동방향과 직각방향으로 회전하고 반사경의 일체로 고정되는 웜휠로 구성된다.
또한 상기 반사경은 브라케트에 고정된 제1반사경과, 헤드램프가 고정되는 제2반사경으로 이루어지며, 상기 제2반사경은 좌, 우회동이 가능하게 제 1반사경으로부터 전방 소정간격으로 돌설된다.
이러한 구성에 의하면 조향각센서로 부터 입력된 조향각 변화신호를 제어부에서 인지하여 스텝모터를 회전시키면 상기 스텝모터와 축설된 웜기어가 회전하면서 헤드램프가 고정된 제2반사경과 일체로 형성된 웜휠을 좌우로 이동하게 때문에 차량진행방향과 헤드라이트 방향이 조사방향이 동일방향이 되어 운전자의 시계가 확보될 수 있는 것이다.
계속해서 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 통해 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제2도는 본 고안에 따른 구성도로써, 주행중 차량방향을 전환시키기 위해 핸들을 조작할 경우 조향각센서(100)에서 핸들의 변화된 조향각도를 감지하고, 상기 조향각센서(100)에서 인가된 신호에 따라 제어부(110)에서 소정신호를 출력하여 스텝모터(120)를 회전시켜 헤드램프(130)가 핸들조향각과 비교하여 좌, 우로 조절되도록 한다.
또한 상기 헤드램프(130)의 좌, 우 조사각 조절수단은 제어부(110)의 제어신호에 따라 구동하는 스텝모터(120)의 회전축(121)에 웜기어(140)를 축설하고, 상기 웜기어(140)의 회전운동방향과 직각방향으로 회전할 수 있도록 웜휠(150)을 설치하며, 상기 웜휠(150)의 중앙에는 회전축(151)이 수직으로 축설되도록 한다.
그리고 상기웜휠(150)의 상면 전반부위에는 헤드램프(130)가 고정된 제 2반사경(170)이 일체로 설치되며 , 상기 제2반사경(170)은 제 1반사경(160)의 중앙을 관통하여 소정간격으로 돌설되어 웜휠(150)이 좌, 우 회동할 경우 제1반사경(160)으로부터 회전 자재하도록 구성되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 설명하면, 본 고안은 야간에 헤드라이트를 켠 상태에서 곡선길을 주행하고자 핸들을 조작하게 되면 조향각센서(100)에서 핸들의 조향각도를 감지하게 되며, 제어부(110)에서는 상기조향각센서(100)의 핸들 조향각 신호에 따라 스탭모터(120)를 구동하게 된다.
상기 스텝모터(120)가 구동되면 스텝모터(120)의 회전축(121)에 축설된 웜기어(140)가 회전하면서 이와 맞물림되어 있는 웜휠(150)이 직각방향으로 회전되고, 상기 웜휠(150)상면에 고정된 제2반사경(170) 및 헤드램프(130)가 웜휠(150)을 지지하는 수직축(151)을 중심으로 핸들조향각에 비례하여 회전하면서 주행방향을 조사하게 되므로 운전자가 운전방향의 시계를 확보할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이때 제2반사경(170)은 제1반사경(160)으로부터 소정 간격을 유지한 채로 전방으로 돌설되어 있기 때문에 제1반사경(160)과의 간섭이 발생하지 않고 좌, 우회전이 원활하게 되는 것이다.
제3도는 헤드램프(130)의 조향각에 따라 조사되는 광원의 조사각을 설명하기 위한 것으로, 이는 헤드라이트가 차체전방과 일직선상으로 고정된 상태에서 웜휠(150)에 고정된 제2반사경(170) 및 헤드램프(130)가 핸들조사각과 비례하여 회전하는 것으로 이때 헤드램프(130)의 조사각은 제2반사경(170)이 동일각도로 회전되기 때문에 헤드 램프(130)로부터 조사되는 광원이 상기 2반사경(170) 및 제1반사경(160)에 의해 난반사되어 주행방향으로 광원을 조사할 수있게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 고안은 차량이 진행하고자 하는 방향으로 헤드라이트 조사각을 조작함으로서 야간에 운전자의 전방 시계가 확보되어 안전운행을 할 수있게 되는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 핸들의 조향각을 감지하는 조향각센서와, 상기 조향각센서로부터 인가된 조향각도 변환신호에 따라 스텝모터의 회전량을 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 제어부의 제어신호에 따라 헤드램프가 고정된 반사경을 좌,우로 조절하는 조절수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 헤드램프 조사각 조절장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서 상기조절수단은 스텝모터의 회전축에 측설된 웜기어와, 상기 웜기어의 회전운동방향과 직각방향으로 회전하고 반사경이 일체로 고정된 웜휠로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 헤드램프 조사각 조절장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사경은 브라케트에 고정된 채 제1 반사경과 ,헤드램프가 고정되는 제2반사경으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 헤드램프 조사각 조절장치.
  4. 제1항 및 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제 2반사경은 좌,우 이동이 가능하게 제1반사경으로부터 전방 소정간격으로 돌설됨을 특징으로하는 헤드램프 조사각 조절장치.
