Abstract
본 고안의 기술분야는 의료기기의 스팀멸균기에 관한 것으로 멸균후 소독물을 건조시키고자 할때 열건조하기위해 열원을 얻기위한 것으로 다음과 같은 기술적 과제가 취합되었다.The technical field of the present invention relates to a steam sterilizer of a medical device, in order to obtain a heat source for heat drying when disinfectant is dried after sterilization, and the following technical problems have been collected.

본 고안은 챔버의 바닥면에 자켓을 형성하여 멸균완료후 일정한 간접열을 발생시켜 그 열의 대류를 이용하여 소독물을 건조시키기 위한 의료용 스팀멸균기의 건조장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a drying apparatus for a medical steam sterilizer for forming a jacket on the bottom surface of the chamber to generate a constant indirect heat after completion of sterilization and drying the disinfectant using the convection of the heat.

이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 건조하고자 할 때는 멸균중에 ③ 가열부에 가열된 열과 ② 자켓에 고온의 스팀온도가 ① 챔버의 바닥을 일정한 온도로 가열시키도록 형성되었기 때문에 종래와 같이 가열된 열을 전부 배출한 다음 히타에 의한 직접열을 발생시켜 건조 시키는 것이 아니고 멸균중에 가열된 잔여 스팀열을 일정한 온도로 유지시켜줌으로서 열 발산 손실을 최대한으로 방지하여 가열효과를 증대시킴은 물론 챔버의 압력을 외부로 배출중에도 챔버의 바닥면은 항상 일정한 온도가 유지되어 있어 종래의 것에 비해 열손실이 적고, 내부의 용적을 최대사용할 수 있음은 물론 청소등 취급상 용이할 뿐만아니라 곧바로 멸균을 진행할 경우 잔여열을 그대로 이용할 수 있어 멸균시간을 단축시킬수 있는 등 여러가지 특장점을 지닌 기기이다.The present invention constructed as described above is designed to heat the heating part and ② the hot steam temperature on the jacket during the sterilization when it is to be dried.
