Abstract

본 고안은 종계사용 슬래트에 관한 것으로서, 신소재의 상용으로 강도가 높고 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 통공과 돌기를 형성하여 계분의 배출이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 미끄러짐을 방지하며, 별도의 체결부재를 사용하지 않고 직접 결합할 수 있도록 함으로써 설치와 분해가 용이하고, 사용부품수의 절약으로 설치비용을 절감할 수 있는 유용한 고안이다.

종계사(種鷄舍)용 슬래트

본 고안은 종계사용 슬래트에 관한 것으로, 특히 신소재의 선택으로 강도가 높고 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있는 종계사용 슬래트에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 계사 내부에 슬래트를 설치하고자 할 때, 각각의 슬래트를 결합하고자 여러 가지 체결부재를 사용하였으며, 슬래트 표면에 미끄러워 닭들이 생활하는데 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상술한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 안출한 것으로, 별도의 체결 부재를 사용하지 않고 직접 결합할 수 있도록 형성하며, 미끄럽지 않게 구성하여 닭들이 생활하는데 불편함이 없는 종계사용 슬래트를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안에 따른 종계사용 슬래트는, 계분이 용이하게 배출되도록 형성되어 있으며, 슬래트 위에서도 교미가 가능하도록 미끄럽지 않게 슬래트 표면에 돌기를 형성하며, 어느 1개의 변에 철부를 형성하고 그 반대의 변에 요부를 한다. 또한 나머지 2개의 변에 턱부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안에 대해서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 사용면과 철부의 확대도이고, 제2도는 철부와 요부의 결합 상태의 단면도이며, 제3도는 본 고안의 사용상태도이다.
본 고안은 본체(1)와, 통공(2)과, 돌기(3)와 본체(1)와 본체(1)가 연결될 수 있도록 2개의 면에 요부(4)와 철부(5), 그리고 2개 면의 턱부(6)로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 본체(1)는 PP(Poly Propylene) 등의 재질로 이루어져 강도가 높고, 자외선에 노출되어도 뒤틀리거나 화학변화가 일어나지 않으므로 반영구적으로 사용이 가능하도록 형성되어 있다.
또한, 상기 본체(1)에는 계분이 용이하게 배출되도록 통공(2)이 형성되어 있으며, 돌기(3)가 형성되어 있으므로 미끄럽지 않아 슬래트 위에서의 동작에 불편이 없다.
한편, 상기 본체(1)는 밝은 색으로 형성되어 계사의 광도개선으로 환경 전환의 잇점이 있다. 또한, 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 본체(1)의 어느 일변을 돌출부(8)가 돌출되고 그 돌출부(8)에는 요부(4)가 제1도에 도시된 것과 같이 형성되고 그 반대 변에 돌출부(8)가 돌출된 철부(5)가 형성되어 제2도에 도시된 것과 같은 모양으로 결합된다. 상기 본체(1)와 본체(1)를 결합할 때 어느 일변의 요부(4)와 어느 일변의 철부(5)가 결합되어 견고히 고정되는 결합형 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 남은 2개의 변은 ∩형의 턱부(6)가 형성되어 지지대(7)와 쉽게 결합할 수 있도록 형성되고 별도의 도구나 연장이 필요없이 설치와 분해가 간단 용이하므로 어떠한 형태의 계사에도 연속적으로 설치가 가능하다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 통공(2)과 돌기(3)를 형성하여 계분의 배출이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 미끄러짐을 방지하며, 별도의 체결부재를 사용하지 않고 직접 결합 및 해체할 수 있으며, 지지대(7)에 고정 결합하여 측면 이탈을 방지함으로써 견고하게 이용할 수 있으며, 설치와 분해가 용이하고, 사용부품수의 절약으로 설치비용을 절감할 수 있는 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 계분의 배출이 용이한 통공(2)과, 미끄러짐을 방지하기 위한 돌기(3)가 형성된 계사용 슬래트에 있어서, 어느 일개 변의 돌출부(8)에 형성된 철부(5)와 그 반대편 변의 돌출부(8)에 형성된 요부(4)와 지지대(7)에 고정되도록 형성된 남은 2개 변이 턱부(6)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 종계사용 슬래트.
