Abstract

본 고안은 글래스 런(glass run)과 일체로 형성된 자동차의 도어 글래스 가이드(Glass guide)에 관한 것으로, 특히 외부판넬과 내부판넬로 이루어진 도어와, 상기 도어와 글래스 런 사이에 삽입되어 글래스를 안내하는 글래스 가이드에 있어서, 상기 글래스 런(400)에 사출형식으로 글래스 가이드(500)를 일체로 부착하여, 작동시 도어(10)에서 글래스의 접촉에 의해 이탈되거나 찌그러지는 것을 방지하는 동시에 작업 공수를 절감하여 생산성을 향상하고, 생산원가가 절감될 수 있도록 한 것이다.

글래스 런과 일체로 형성된 자동차의 도어 글래스 가이드

본 고안은 글래스 런(glass run)과 일체로 형성된 자동차의 도어 글래스 가이드(Glass guide)에 관한 것으로, 특히 글래스 런에 사출형식으로 글래스 가이드를 일체로 부착함으로써, 작동시 도어에서 글래스의 접촉에 의해 이탈되거나 찌그러지는 것을 방지하는 동시에 작업 공수를 절감하여 생산성을 향상하고, 생산원가가 절감될 수 있도록 한 글래스 런과 일체로 형성된 자동차의 도어 글래스 가이드에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 좌,우측면에는 센터 필러 패널을 중심으로 프론트 도어와 리어 도어가 설치되는데 이러한 도어에는 2도어, 3도어, 4도어, 5도어식이 있으며, 도어 개폐기구, 글래스, 글래스 조작기구로 이루어져 있다.
종래 도어(10)는 제1도에 도시되는 바와 같이 외부판넬(20)과 내부판넬(30)로 이루어지며, 이러한 도어(10)의 한쪽에는 글래스 런(40)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 도어(10)와 글래스 런(40) 사이에는 글래스를 안내할 수 있는 글래스 가이드(50)가 삽입되도록 구성되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 종래 도어(10)는 글래스를 작동시 글래스가 글래스 가이드(50)를 따라 상하로 작동되면서 글래스와 글래스 가이드(50)가 서로 부딪히게 된다.
이때 글래스 가이드(50)는 별도의 부품으로 구성되어 도어(10)와 글래스 런(400 사이에 그냥 삽입되어 있기 때문에, 도어(10)와 글래스 런(40) 사이에서 이탈되거나 이로인해 찌그러져 외관상 지저분해지는 문제점이 발생되었다.
또한, 글래스 런(40)과 글래스 가이드(50)를 각각 생산함으로서 작업공수가 증가하여 생산성이 저하될 뿐 아니라 생산원가가 상승되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 글래스의 작동시 글래스 가이드가 부딪혀 찌그러지거나 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 글래스 런과 일체로 형성된 자동차의 도어 글래스 가이드를 제공 하는데 있다.
본 고안의 다른 목적은 작업공수를 절감하여 생산성을 증가시키고, 이에따라 생산원가가 절감될수 있도록 한 글래스 런과 일체로 형성된 자동차의 도어 글래스 가이드를 제공 하는데 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로, 글래스 가이드와 글래스 런을 이로 사출 접착하고, 이 글래스 가이드는 비교적 견고한 재질로 형성함을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.
이하 본 고안의 발람직한 실시예에 의거하여 본 고안의 기술적 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안도 외부판넬(20)과 내부판넬(30)로 이루어진 도어(10)와, 상기 도어(10)와 글래스런(400) 사이에 삽입되어 글래스를 안내하는 글래스가이드(500)로 구성되어 기본적으로 작용되는 것은 종래와 같다.
다만 본 고안은 작동시 글래스와 글래스 가이드가 부딪혀 글래스 가이드가 도어와 글래스 런 사이에서 이탈되거나 찌그러지는 것을 방지하기 위한 것으로, 제2도에 도시되는 바와 같이 글래스 런(400)에 사출형식으로 글래스 가이드(500)를 일체로 부착되도록 구성한다.
상기 글래스 가이드(500)의 재질은 글래스의 접촉시 찌그러드는 현상을 방지할 수 있는 비교적 견고한 재질로 형성함이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은, 종래 사용되었던 글래스 런(400)의 일측에 글래스를 안내할 수 있도록 일체로 글래스 가이드(500)를 사출 접착한다. 상기와 같이 글래스 가이드(500)가 글래스 런(400)에 일체로 사출 접착된 상태에서 글래스를 작동하여 서로 부딪히더라도 글래스 런(400)에 글래스 가이드(500)가 일체로 사출 접착되어 있기 때문에 이탈거나나 찌그러지는 것이 방지된다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 고안은, 글래스 런에 사출형식으로 글래스 가이드를 일페로 부착함으로써, 작동시 도어에서 글래스의 접촉에 의해 이탈되거나 찌그러지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 글래스 가이드와 글래스 런을 일체로 사출 접착함으로써, 작업 공수가 절감되어 생산성이 향상되고, 이에따라 생산원가가 절감될수 있는 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 외부판넬과 내부판넬로 이루어진 도어와, 상기 도어와 글래스 런 사이에 삽입되어 글래스를 안내하는 글래스 가이드에 있어서, 상기 글래스 런에 사출형식으로 글래스 가이드를 일체로 부착하여, 글래스 작동시 글래스 가이드가 이탈되거나 찌그러지는 것을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 글래스 런과 일체로 형성된 자동차의 도어 글래스 가이드.
