Abstract
본 고안은 압축 천연가스를 연료로 사용하는 엔진에 장착되는 연료분사기(CNG INJECTOR)의 밸브 리프트(Valve Lift) 조절구조에 관한 것으로,The present invention relates to a valve lift control structure of a fuel injector (CNG INJECTOR) mounted on an engine using compressed natural gas as fuel.
연료분사기 몸체의 선단에 노즐넛트로 결합된 노즐몸체 내측에 니들밸브가 내입되어그 전후 이동에 따라 연료를 분사시키는 연료분사기에 있어서, 니들밸브의 후단을 직선형으로 형성하고, 이에 임의의 두께와 삽입홈을 갖는 원판상의 리프트피스를 삽입하여 그 두께에 따라 밸브리프트를 조절되게 한 것이다.In a fuel injector in which a needle valve is inserted into a nozzle body coupled to a nozzle nut at the tip of the fuel injector body and injects fuel according to its forward and backward movement, the rear end of the needle valve is formed in a straight line, and thus the thickness and insertion of the needle valve are linear. 본 고안은 압축 천연가스를 연료로 사용하는 엔진에 장착되는 연료분사기(CNG INJECTOR)의 밸브 리프트(Valve Lift) 조절구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a valve lift control structure of a fuel injector (CNG INJECTOR) mounted on an engine using compressed natural gas as fuel.
압축 천연가스나 가솔린을 연료로 사용하는 엔진 연료분사기는 니들 밸브의 움직임의 스트로크를 규제하기 위한 밸브리프트를 갖는다. 그런데 기존의 연료분사기의 밸브리프트의 조절방식은 도 4 의 도시와 같이 노즐몸체(3)와 니들밸브(4)의 후측에 원판(9)의 형태를 형성하여 그와 맞닿는 연료분사기 몸체(1)간의 간격에 밸브리프트(7)가 형성되게 하였다.Engine fuel injectors using compressed natural gas or gasoline as fuel have a valve lift to regulate the stroke of the movement of the needle valve.
