Abstract

본 고안은 창문의 액자바와 액자바가 결합되는 부위에 지지체를 삽입하여 액자바와 액자바 사이의 틈새를 밀폐하고, 외부와 실내를 효과적으로 차단하기 위한 창문용 액자바 지지체에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 창문프레임의 액자바와 액자바 사이의 틈새로 바람이나 먼지 빗물 등이 실내로 유입되고, 특히 거울의 경우 찬바람이 액자바와 액자바의 틈새로 유입되어 단열 방음 등이 제대로되지 않는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 종래 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 유리(8)가 삽입될 수 있도록 공간부(10)가 형성된 액자바(6)의 내측공간부(10)에 지지체(6)가 삽입될 수 있도록 지지체(6)의 외면을 내측공간부(10)의 음각형태로 형성하고 지지체(6)의 내측에 요입부(14)를 형성하되 창문(8)의 수직프레임(2) 액자바(6)와 수평프레임(4)의 액자바(6)가 연결되는 부위의 틈새(16)를 지지체(B)가 차단할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

창문 액자비용 지지체

본 고안은 창문의 액자바와 액자바가 결합되는 부위에 지지체를 삽입하여 액자바와 액자바 사이의 틈새를 밀폐하고, 외부와 실내를 효과적으로 차단하기 위한 창문용 액자바 지지체에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 창문프레임의 내면에 일체로된 액자바를 설치하되 수직프레임과 수평프레임의 액자바와 액자바 사이가 정확히 맞춤되지 못하므로 액자바와 액자바 사이의 틈새로 바람이나 먼지 빗물 등의 실내로 유입되고, 특히 겨울의 경우 찬바람이 액자바와 액자바의 틈새로 유입되어 단열이 제대로되지 않는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 종래 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 유리가 삽입될 수 있도록 공간부가 형성된 액자바의 내측공간부에 지지체가 삽입될 수 있도록 지지체의 외면을 내측공간부의 음각형태로 형성하고, 지지체의 내측에 요입부를 형성하되 창문의 수직프레임 액자바와 수평프레임의 액자바가 연결되는 부위의 틈새를 지지체가 차단할 수 있도록 한 것으로서 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
창문(A)의 수직프레임(2)와 수평프레임(4)의 액자바(6)를 약 45°비스듬히 절단하여 유리(8)를 액자바(6)의 공간부(10)에 삽입한 다음 수직프레임(2)과 수평프레임(4)을 조립하는 통상의 창문조립에 있어서, 지지체(10)의 외면(12)이 액자바(6)의 공간부(10)로 삽입될 수 있도록 하되 액자바(6)의 내측 공간부(10)와 음각이 되게 지지체(B)의 외면을 형성하고, 대체로 L 형상이면서 요입부(14)가 형성된 지지체(B)를 수직프레임(2)과 수평프레임(4)을 결합시 액자바(6)의 내측공간부(10)에 삽입하여 액자바(6)의 공간부(10)로 유리(8)를 삽입 고정한다.
수직프레임(2)과 수평프레임(4)의 액자바(6) 사이에 지지체(B)을 삽입하여 틈새(16)가 지지체(B)에 의해 밀폐되며 지지체(B)의 요입부(14)에 유리(8)를 삽입 고정하면 외부와 내부는 완전히 차단된다.
상기에서와 같이 지지체(B)의 요입부(14)는 유리(8)의 두께보다 넓어 유리(8)를 액자바(6)에 삽입시 액자바(6)의 지지체(B)가 유리(8)의 테두리를 감싸고 유리(8)와 액자바(6)의 공간부(10), 및 지지체(B)의 요입부(14)에 밀폐형 고무(도시안됨)를 삽입고정하면 외부와 실내를 차단하여 효과적인 방음 및 단열을 할 수 있다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안에 있어서 요입부가 형성된 지지틀을 수직프레임과 수평프레임의 액자바 연결부위에 삽입한 다음 유리를 끼워 고정하므로 실내와 실외를 차단하여 방음과 단열 및 실외의 먼지 등을 차단할 수 있는 등의 효과가 있다.

  1. 수직프레임(2)과 수평프레임(4)이 결합되어 액자바(6)가 서로 맞춤되고 액자바(6)의 공간부(10)로 유리(8)를 삽입 고정하는 창문결합에 있어서, 수평프레임(4)과 수직프레임(2)의 액자바(6)가 결합시 수평프레임(4)과 수직프레임(2) 액자바(6)의 공간부(10)에 외면(12)이 공간부(12)의 음각 형상이면서, 요입부(14)가 형성된 지지체(B)를 삽입한 창문액자바 지지체.
