Claims (8)
- 액정표시장치의 하판상에 형성되어 화소를 구동시키는 박막트랜지스터와,상기 박막트랜지스터상에 형성되어 특정 파장의 광을 반사시키는 반사형 칼라필터와,상기 반사형 칼라필터상에 전면형성된 화소전극을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사형 칼라필터는 자신에게 입사된 소정의 원편광중에 소정의 파장을 가진 광만 반사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사형 칼라필터는 상기 박막트랜지스터와 화소전극 사이의 보호막 및 절연막으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사형 칼라필터와 상기 화소전극 사이에 절연층을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 화소를 구동시키기 위한 박막트랜지스터를 액정표시장치의 하판상에 형성하는 단계와,입사되는 광을 반사시키기 위한 반사형 칼라필터를 상기 박막트랜지스터상에 장착하는 단계와,액정에 전압을 인가하기 위한 화소전극을 상기 반사형 칼라필터상에 전면형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 반사형 칼라필터와 상기 화소전극을 형성하는 단계사이에 절연층을 상기 반사형 칼라필터상에 형성하는 단계를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 반사형 칼라필터에는 콜레스토릭 액정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 유기절연물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
