Claims (23)
- 회장 담즙산 수송의 억제제 화합물(IBAT 억제제 화합물) 및 약학적으로 허용 가능한 담체를 포함하는, IBAT 억제제 화합물을 회장 내에 전달하기 위한 경구 약학 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 말단부 공장 및 기부 회장 중에서 선택되는 1 이상의 신체 부분에서의 방출에 의해 IBAT 억제제 화합물을 회장 내에 전달 및/또는 회장 내에 직접 전달하기 위한 경구 약학 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 IBAT 억제제 화합물을 회장 내에 전달하기 위한 것인 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 말단부 공장 및 기부 회장에서 IBAT 억제제 화합물을 방출하기 위한 것인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 소장의 상부에서 IBAT 억제제 화합물이 최소 방출되도록 하기 위한 것인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 서방형 제제인 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 위에서 배출된 후, 약 0.5∼2 시간의 지연시간을 제공하는 제제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 IBAT 억제제 화합물은 지연시간 후 1 시간 동안 방출되는 것인 제제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 서방형 제제로부터 IBAT 억제제 화합물의 방출은 공장과 회장 사이의 pH 차이에 의해 유발되는 것인 제제.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 IBAT 억제제 화합물이 문헌[Biopharmaceutical Classification System FDA]에 정의된 바와 같은 낮은 침투성 약물인 제제.
- 전신 노출을 감소시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재되어 있는 위장관에 표적화된 전달이 이루어지는 IBAT 억제제 화합물을 포함하는 약학 제제의 용도.
- 치료 효과를 향상시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재되어 있는 위장관에 표적화된 전달이 이루어지는 IBAT 억제제 화합물을 포함하는약학 제제의 용도.
- 콜레스테롤과잉혈증의 치료에 있어서 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재되어 있는 약학 제제의 용도.
- 콜레스테롤과잉혈증의 예방 또는 치료 처리를 위한 의약품의 제조에 있어서 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재되어 있는 약학 제제의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 약학 제제를 콜레스테롤과잉혈증을 앓고 있는 환자 또는 그 질환에 걸리기 쉬운 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 상기 환자의 예방 또는 치료 처리 방법.
- IBAT 억제제 화합물 및 담즙산 결합제를 포함하는, 콜레스테롤과잉혈증의 예방 또는 치료 처리에 있어서 동시에, 별도로 또는 연속으로 투여하기 위한 약학 제제.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 IBAT 억제제 화합물이 제10항에서 정의한 바와 같은 낮은 침투성 약물인 약학 제제.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 담즙산 결합제가 수지인 약학 제제.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 담즙산 결합제는 결장 방출이 이루어지는 제제 중에 존재하는 것인 약학 제제.
- IBAT 억제제 화합물을 포함하는 치료 중의 설사 처리에 있어서 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 약학 제제의 용도.
- 콜레스테롤과잉혈증의 예방 또는 치료 처리를 위한 의약품의 제조에 있어서 제16항 내지 제20항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 약학 제제의 용도.
- 제15항 내지 제18항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 약학 제제를 IBAT 억제제 화합물을 포함하는 치료 중에 설사로 고통을 받고 있는 환자 또는 설사를 하기 쉬운 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 상기 환자의 예방 또는 치료 처리 방법.
- IBAT 억제제 화합물을 포함하는 치료 동안 설사의 예방 또는 치료에 있어서 담즙산 결합제의 용도.
