Claims (20)
- 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소분해하여 얻은 지방산으로 변성한 도료용 수지 또는 잉크용 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료(paint) 또는 잉크(ink) 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소로 5~99%분해하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 도료 또는 잉크 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 아마인유(linseed oil) 또는 대두유를 효소분해하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 도료 또는 잉크 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 불포화도 잔존지수가 적어도 95임을 특징으로 하는 도료 또는 잉크 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 도료 및/또는 염료를 2~50질량%의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 또는 잉크 조성물.
- 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소분해하여 얻은 지방산으로 변성한 도료용 수지, 안료 및 물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전착도료(electrodepositionpaint) 조성물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소로 50~99%분해하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 전착도료 조성물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 아마인유 또는 대두유를 효소분해하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 전착 도료 조성물.
- 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소분해하여 얻은 지방산으로 변성한 도료용 또는 잉크용 수지.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 지방산이 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소로 5~99%분해하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 수지.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 아마인유 또는 대두유를 효소분해로 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 수지.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 불포화도 잔존지수가 적어도 95임을 특징으로 하는 수지.
- 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소분해하여 얻은 지방산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 또는 잉크용 수지 변성화제.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 식물성 오일을 효소로 5~99%분해하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 변성화제.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 아마인유 또는 대두유를 효소분해하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 변성화제.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 불포화도 잔존지수가 적어도 95임을 특징으로 하는 변성화제.
- 지방산을 얻기 위해 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 효소분해하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료용 또는 잉크용 수지 변성화제의 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 오일 또는 지방 5~99%가 효소로 분해됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 오일 또는 지방이 아마인유 또는 대두유임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 불포화도 잔존지수가 적어도 95가 되도록 식물성 오일 또는 지방을 분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
