Claims (6)
- LCD의 둘레를 보호하기 위한 전면판과,상기 LCD의 배면을 보호하기 위해 상기 전면판에 결합되는 베이스와,상기 베이스에 다수개가 압입된 상태로 형성되어 상기 LCD를 지지 및 고정하기 위한 압입 지지부와,상기 LCD의 백 라이트를 히팅시켜 주기 위한 열량을 발생시키는 히터와,기기 외부의 온도를 감지하여 설정된 온도에서 히터가 동작하도록 하는 온도센서와,상기 전면판과 베이스의 결합 내측에서 상기 LCD로 전해지는 히터의 열이 외부로 빠져나가는 것을 방지하는 단열수단과,상기 전면판과 베이스의 결합 내부에서 상기 히터에서 발생되는 열량이 LCD로 빠르게 전도되도록 하는 열 전도수단과,상기 베이스의 후면으로 체결 및 고정되어 각종 제어를 수행하는 인버터 및 제어반 기판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전면판과 베이스는 상기 전면판과 베이스 사이의 결합부분에 삽입되는 방진러버와, 상기 베이스 및 방진러버와 면 접촉하는 단차를 갖고 상기 전면판에 체결되는 방진나사로 이루어진 방진수단으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 LCD의 전면으로 전자파를 차폐시켜 주는 위한 EMI표시창과, 상기 EMI표시창 및 전면판의 일측부분에 장착되어 EMI표시창 및 전면판을 접지시켜 주기 위한 가스켓을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단열수단은 전면판 및 베이스에 의해 열이 손실되지 않도록 단열용 코르크 러버를 적용하고 상기 전면판 측면 내부와 히터와 히터 사이, 그리고 베이스 내측면에 장착되어 단열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열 전도수단은 상기 히터에서 발생되는 열량이 LCD에 전달될 수 있도록 은도금된 동판을 적용하고 상기 히터의 내측부분과 LCD의 저면 및 측면으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어반 기판 및 인버터를 보호하고 상기 베이스로 부터 분리될 수 있는 제어반 보호커버를 상기 베이스의 외측 둘레면으로 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는LCD모듈.
