Description
Claims (14)
- (1) 시료첨가용 멤브레인 패드, (2) 분석물질에 대해 특이적으로 결합하는 감응단백질이 고정화되어 있으며 한쌍 이상의 전극이 스크린 프린팅되어 있는 신호발생용 멤브레인 패드, (3) 흡수용 멤브레인 패드, 그리고 (4) 신호발생 물질인 금속 콜로이드 입자와 감응단백질과의 중합체를 포함하는 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 시료첨가용 멤브레인 패드가 유리섬유 멤브레인 패드, 신호발생용 멤브레인 패드는 니트로셀룰로우즈 멤브레인 패드 그리고 흡수용 멤브레인 패드는 셀룰로우즈 멤브레인 패드인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 감응단백질이 분석물질과 특이적으로 반응하는 항체, 효소, 또는 수용체인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속 콜로이드 입자가 금 콜로이드 입자, 은 콜로이드 입자 또는 철 콜로이드 입자인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 전극이 절연체 위에 스크린 프린팅된 것인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 전극이 백금 페이스트, 금 페이스트, 은 페이스트, 탄소 페이스트로 스크린 프린팅된 것인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 전극이 교차지 전극인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전극의 측정장치와의 전기접점이 신호발생용 멤브레인 패드의 측면에 위치시킨 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전극의 음극과 양극이 각각 신호발생용 멤브레인 패드를 중심으로 각각 양편에 위치시켜 샌드위치 형태로 된 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 전극의 음극과 양극이 두 쌍 이상으로 존재하여 두 종류 이상의 분석물질을 동시에 측정할 수 있도록 된 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 금속 콜로이드 입자와 감응단백질과의 중합체가 금속 콜로이드 입자에 먼저 감응단백질을 중합시키고 전도성 고분자를 순차적으로 부착시킨 후 금속 콜로이드 입자의 남은 표면에 블로킹용 단백질을 흡착시켜 제조된 것인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 고분자가 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤, 폴리티오펜, 또는 폴리파라페닐렌이고, 상기 블로킹용 단백질이 우혈청 알부민, 카제인 또는 젤라틴인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 고분자가 다음 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 처리된 것인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서:1) 이온성 염을 이용하여 도핑하는 방법.2) 1)의 방법을 적용시킴과 동시에 레독스 분자를 전도성고분자에 화학결합시키는 방법.3) 전도성고분자에 대한 고분자 반대이온을 첨가해 주는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 이온성 염이 LiCl, LiClO4, 또는 LiBF4이고, 상기 레독스 분자가 페로센, 또는 루테늄이고, 반대이온이 폴리스티렌 설폰화물인 전기화학 멤브레인 스트립 바이오센서.
