Description
Claims (21)
- 가스 생성 시스템 출구를 가지는 가스 생성 시스템;상기 가스 생성 시스템 출구와 연결되며 제 1 압력으로 가스 유출을 형성하는 출구를 가지는 유체 스위치;제 1 압력에서 상기 가스 출구로의 가스 유동을 조절하기 위해 상기 가스 생성 시스템 출구와 연결되는 압력 조절기;상기 유체 스위치에 의해 전기 제어되고 상기 가스 생성 시스템 출구와 연결되며 솔레노이드 밸브 출구를 가지는 솔레노이드 밸브; 및제 2 압력에서 출구로의 유출력을 위해 상기 가스 생성 시스템으로 생성되는 가스의 압력을 상승시키도록 상기 솔레노이드 밸브와 연결되는 압력 증강 장치를 포함하는, 제 1 압력 및 제 2 압력으로 가스를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 증강 장치의 주기 시간을 제어하도록 작동하는 주기 시간 제어기를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 생성 시스템은 산소 농축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 주기 시간의 길이는 상기 유체 스위치가 열린 상태에 있는 시간의 길이에 반비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 농축기는 압력 스윙 흡착(PSA)을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절기는 제 1 압력이 변화될 수 있도록 조절가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절기는 전기 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 압력은 3000 psi까지인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 압력은 0-80 psi의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 압력은 약 6 psi인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 산소 농축 가스를 저압 출구 및 압력 증강 장치로 공급하는 단계;상기 저압 출구로의 산소 농축 가스 유동의 유동비를 탐지하는 단계; 및상기 저압 출구로의 탐지된 유동을 기초로 상기 압력 증강 장치로의 유동비를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 변화하는 비율로 제품 가스를 고압 저장기에 충전하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 저압 증강 장치로의 탐지된 유동비에 따라 상기 압력 증강 장치의 주기 시간을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 압력 조절기를 사용하여 공급되는 산소 농축 가스의 압력을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 증강 장치로 산소 농축 가스를 공급하도록 상기 압력 조절기를 바이패싱(bypassing)하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 산소 농축 가스는 산소 농축기에 의해 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 저압 출구 및 고압 출구와 연결되는 가스 생성 시스템 출구를 가지는 가스 생성 시스템;상기 가스 생성 시스템 출구와 연결되며 상기 저압까지 가스 유동비를 탐지하기 위한 유체 스위치 및 탐지기;상기 유체 스위치에 의해 제공되는 신호를 기초로 고압까지 가스 유동을 제어하기 위한 제어기; 및고압 저장기로의 유출력을 위해 상기 가스 생성 시스템에 의해 생성되는 가스의 압력을 상승시키도록 상기 고압 출구와 연결되는 압력 증강 장치를 포함하는, 제 1 압력 및 제 2 압력으로 가스를 공급하기 위한 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 증강 장치의 주기 시간을 제어하도록 작동하는 주기 시간 제어기를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 생성 시스템은 산소 농축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 주기 시간의 길이는 상기 유체 스위치가 열린 상태에 있는 시간의 길이에 반비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 생성 시스템의 출구 압력을 제어하기 위한 압력 조절기를 더 포함하는 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 스위치에 의해 전기 제어되고 상기 가스 생성 시스템 출구와 연결되며 솔레노이드 밸브 출구를 가지는 솔레노이드 밸브를 더 포함하는 장치.
